He wrote down my name and then later chased my friend to her car. He took pictures and videos of her against her consent. The female associate with him also encouraged this man's behavior and was attempting to have my friend tip both of them. This behavior is extremely unprofessional to paying customers. I will never recommend this place to anyone again. I have been a customer for many years and this was very disrespectful. This man is a danger to other young female customers.

Yet, a considerable time was spent defending the business than remedying the situation. They wanted me to come back for 50% off & redo my massage - here's the kicker: with the same therapist if I wanted (Ha!). I communicated that I don't live in Texas and I'm only passing through so how & why would I give you more of my money & time??? Although I never asked for money back, the whole thing felt disingenuous and a complete waste of time.
