He did not come back for 45 minutes(no exagerration). Long enough for the local anesthetic to begin wearing off and the pain from the open pit he had drilled to begin. Had to be painfully re-administered . During one of the apologies from a passing dental assistant, I was told he was finishing an exam and would be in shortly. No recognition or apology for the situation from Dr. Zieler This is only one of the unprofessional and inconsiderate occurrences under his care. Hirak Dave is the best dental hygienist I have had, though.

I've been a loyal patient of Lamendola's Dentistry since they opened (seems like it's been almost…read more10 years now). Dr. Lamendola and his staff of hygienists and office crew are bar none the best in Ascension! I started out seeing Dr. Whiteside and when she switched practices, I began seeing Dr. Bourgeois. I have some of the worst anxiety about going to the dentist and this place goes out of their way to ensure their patients are comfortable. The environment itself is cool, clean, and calming (nice soothing music playing). You can get a weighted blanket, ear plugs with music playing, and there are TVs in each room to hold your attention elsewhere. Years ago, I remember even being offered paraffin wax treatments for my hands during my appointment! While they haven't offered me that in years, it was amazing and also did a good job of distracting me! I refuse to go elsewhere! If you're not 100% comfortable and 110% pleased with your dentist, scurry on over to Lamendola's and let them pamper you AND your smile!

Arrived early for my appointment. Waited in the lobby with no one else for 30 mins and only after I asked if it was customary to wait this long for an appt, the front desk lady finally tried to take me to the back. I refused as I was uncertain if the chair time would be longer. My only recommendation is to respect people's time! My appt was preset in advance and I still had to wait an extended period of time which is unacceptable. You don't know if I was on my lunch break or whatever and no one cared to explain the wait time as if it was normal. I decided to cancel the appt and any future appts.
