I have naturally, thick brows (bless) so I usually just ask for them to be cleaned up. They also grow out a little uneven so we're in the process of fixing that. It was my first time at their plumb location, but glad I didn't have to wait long. There was only one lady working and she was taking care of another client. She greeted me and I sat down and waited for my turn. My eyebrows were a bit uneven, left one was thicker than the right. I've only had them over plucked and then I remembered why I only usually see Sita or wait for her on her days at two of the other locations. I don't want to bash on the lady that was here, but I'll let my brows grow back a bit and go back to my usual lady. Also, I was charged more than their posted price in the window.

When I walked into the Chico Brow Bar Stephanie consulted with me on the shape I was looking for ( which was mostly to enhance my natural shape). She mapped out the shape to make sure that everything was even and balanced and once we agreed on a shape Stephanie began the process.
