There's a reason Totti's is such a staple in Sydney. From the fresh ingredients and offerings, to the great service and the overall great vibes, Totti's is not to be missed. The homemade pasta melts in your mouth and is perfect for sharing. The starters are so plentiful, there's something for everyone. It's overall such a delicious experience and not to be missed when visiting and traveling to Sydney. Accompany your meal with some wine and finish off with the ice cream sandwiches. It's the perfect meal from start to finish! read more

I really enjoyed Totti's during my trip to Sydney. The waiter and waitress were attentive and the outdoor patio was just a vibe. But what was really lovely was the antipasti, with the wood-fired bread that is puffed up, the fresh tomatoes and burrata, and the delicious crudo and prosciutto. Tearing the bread, wrapping the ingredients, and then dipping it in the burrata was so fun and delightful. Quite a simple set up really, but it was definitely the most memorable meal of the trip! read more

travelled to Sydney and been wanting to try this place. saw it on one of the travel videos on youtube. i must say that it did not disappoint. there was a line to get in because we were not able to make a reservation but they do accept walk ins. the service was really good. we got the famous flat bread which was amazing. the food were fresh and tasty. read more

Was so excited to go to Totti's for dinner, food was pretty good but honestly service almost laughably shocking. Genuinely from the moment me and my wife walked in the hostess and staff were in complete disarray. Had a reservation was then told to just wait for a little bit as table was getting ready. Had absolutely no problem with this but then we were stood around for over 25 mins and then went to check in for an update and the hostess basically said 'oh sorry yes you're table is ready'. Would have probably been stood there all night if hadn't asked again. Then once we sat down service was just shocking, it felt like it was the restaurants first night opening. Also the lamb ragu we ordered arrived cold. Complete disorganization. Overhyped do not go. read more

A hot ticket! If you don't have a booking I would not come. But to the well planned, it's a great fun meal. Amazing energy and a staff that's best in class, the hostess on the street deserves way more than her current salary. Pasta is delicious, overly sauced but perfectly cooked. Seafood is a bit of a gamble. Fun, reasonable and another Merivale success! read more

Large Italian restaurant - Bondi edition. Hits - bread, pastas, ricotta, riot spritzer, tomatoes (surprisingly sweet). Meh - burrata, octopus (sauce was great though). Outdoor seating recommended. Service was friendly if a little infrequent. Pricey for what it was. read more

I loved this spot, but it's probably a combo of this being the kind of the food I like (small apps + fluffy bread) and the food actually being good. You have the get the wood fired bread - it's so fluffy and incredible. And then there's an excellent selection of antipasti to eat with the bread. I loved that the cucumber + straciatella was primarily cucumber, with a dollop of straciatella underneath (almost reminds me of Chinese cucumber salad). The chicken liver mousse was quite good, super creamy. The tomatoes were nice and refreshing. The calamari was fine but I found it lost its crispiness pretty quickly, so not a standout edition (but if you love calamari, feel free to get it). The pastas were fine - the radiatore, mushrooms, prosciutto, pecorino had some herb/spice I didn't like and the spinach paccheri, kale & pistachio I thought was unique but not sure I'd want to eat a whole plate of it. But I did like the texture of the pastas, and others seemed to enjoy them, so might be personal preference. As a side, we got the corn fregola, which I really liked - super savory flavor with a hint of corn sweetness. The backyard space is quite nice - recommend trying to get a seat there on a nice day! read more

You want to have a great time, wonderful food, and tasty drinks?! Head to Totti's! The best way to enjoy this place is to treat it like a tapas style establishment where I highly recommend sharing lots of small plates amongst your party. You can order individual mains for each person, but honestly that's not really the move. Use the wood fire bread as the centerpiece. Not only is it a must order, but it pairs great with all the other antipasti. The wood fire bread is flaky, fluffy, crunchy, and airy. The underlying taste is amazing on its on and it can only get further enhanced by dipping into other dishes or pairing it with prosciutto or other meats and cheeses as a small bite. Speaking of, you should most certainly order the prosciutto. It's high quality cured pork leg. If you are a fan of cheese, the burrata is a must! Other outstanding appetizers include the marinated peppers and mushrooms. The fries are good but it's a rather large and filling portion and you can get those elsewhere, too. Their drinks menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. The atmosphere is extremely lively, causal and upbeat. The place is packed and open late so plan accordingly. I would recommend making reservations. The staff is often busy and doesn't stop moving around all night. There are tons of tables to serve so you'll have to work to get their attention if you need something after your initial order. Overall, I'd highly recommend coming here if you want to enjoy small bites with friends! read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. after making a reservation and waiting nearby for another 1/2 hour. we finally got a table. had 4 different servers because not a single one assigned to help us. ordered drinks appetizer and 2 entrees. appetizer came out. still no drinks. 40 minutes later we got drinks. they bring the entrees and leave the dirty dishes. servers were clueless, food was mediocre and service horrendous. spend your money elsewhere and avoid this place. read more

WOWZA. This place just gets it. I could eat here every day. The food is so fresh, comes out quickly as you order, and is perfect for a family style meal. The quality of the food is unparalleled. We watched them freshly slice the prosciutto to order and fish the Buratta out of a huge vat of Burattas. The wood fired bread is the real show stopper here. I think between 7 of us we order 5 of them. It's like pizza dough, but salted and better. We also ordered the sardines, salami, ricotta, olives, marinated peppers, rocket and parm salad, and lamb raft. I'd recommend everything except the rocket was a bit too leafy. read more

Totti's - Prosciutto, Buratta, and bread! - Italian Near Me - Bondi, NSW

This was the worst experience I had in Australia. The meal itself was mediocre for the price, the atmosphere was chaotic like a busy street market, and the staff were highly discriminatory. Since this was my last meal in Sydney, I chose a well-known restaurant, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst decision. I politely indicated that I was ready to order (without calling out or behaving rudely--I simply closed the menu and tried to make eye contact with a staff member first). However, all the white staff members ignored me and went to take orders from other white customers instead. Those customers had not even signaled for service; they were simply sitting at their table. After much difficulty, I was finally able to place my order. However, my drink order was missing, and despite my attempts to follow up, I was ultimately unsuccessful. When I asked for the bill, the staff realized their mistake, corrected it, and then requested payment. They discussed the issue among themselves, but there was no apology. I can't believe I even made a reservation to come here. For Asian women traveling alone, I strongly advise against wearing a backpack at this restaurant. Instead, wearing a dress and putting on makeup may help ensure better service. Or, if you want to be sure, change your race before visiting read more

My husband and I came here for a Monday night dinner with my friend and her boyfriend. My friend had previously made a reservation for 5:45 pm. The staff seated us right away when we arrived and brought us menus. Totti's is a popular Italian restaurant by Merivale group and it's been around for awhile, but it was my first time visiting. The ambiance here is lovely and feels somewhat rustic, with seating in an airy courtyard with a tree in the middle. We decided to share a couple of appetizers between us, the wood-fired bread, burrata, white beans, and marinated peppers. The wood-fired bread is a popular dish at Totti's and a must-get. I was doubtful that this could be as good as my friend's boyfriend said it was, but definitely agreed that this is amazing bread. The white beans and marinated peppers were good, but not something you need to order. For pastas, my husband got the pappardelle with lamb ragu. This was a delicious pasta but it was one of the heavier ones. My friend and I shared the spicy vodka rigatoni and the spinach paccheri. The vodka rigatoni was great, but I enjoyed the spinach paccheri more, as this is a unique offering that I haven't often had before. The four of us were really stuffed after our meal and couldn't get dessert although we wanted to. We had leftovers that we took home with us. I'd say this is one of the best Italian restaurants in Sydney and would highly recommend coming here. read more

Great dinner at Tottis! We came without a reservation so there was quite a wait but we were able to go next door for a drink first. We had the best burrata with prosciutto and bread as an appetizer to our meal. For our entree we got two different pastas - they were good but we thought the appetizers were the stars of the show. Highly recommend Totti's! read more

Food is beyond amazing. My family of 4 went here and it was amazing. Very packed and it was a rainy day and it did leak where we sat but nevertheless it was great. The mood was very chill and pop like. Not a all quiet or plane music Very much indie pop.best expirence if a restaurant defiantly coming back read more

What's not to say? The food was amazing. The service was amazing. The bread (I forgot what it is called) is a must have and just try whatever topping you want...nothing would be wrong. How do they get the shrimp pasta where the shrimp taste was just embedded deeply in the tomato sauce. I was only visiting Sydney, so, unfortunately, I'll probably never be back. But, if you ware in Sydney (or live in Sydney), this is a must visit. read more

The good: Food was very good. Delicious flame grilled bread, chicken liver pate, burrata, and seafood pasta. Not so good: ambience, inside is noisy. Outside seating might be quieter. The bad: service, inattentive, 20+ minutes to take our drink order, much less the food. Not cheap. Ashame, cause the chef is innovative and knows what he is doing. read more

I went with high expectations because of the reviews, and I left underwhelmed. The puffed bread with the ricotta is a must. And maybe add the bottarga as well. But don't get pressured into ordering more, because the bread only goes so far with more than two people. (And there is pressure to over-order!) The drinks are creative and delicious, but feel overpriced when they arrive in tiny little glasses. Our table of four enjoyed the main courses, but I'll be honest - the fettuccine was bland. Plain and simple. And why wouldn't a restaurant of this caliber offer freshly grated parmesan cheese vs a small dish of what looks like store-bought parmesan - when requested, not offered?? The tiramisu was the saving grace of this meal. Absolutely outstanding! Honestly, I specifically told our group that I wouldn't go back, because there has to be better Italian food in Bondi. read more

So delicious! One of the best pastas I've ever had! The space was super cute too. Very unique place! Worth the visit. Thank you!

Totti's is a popular place for Italian food in the Eastern suburbs. After tasting the food (particularly the wood-fired bread, burrata and prosciutto combo and the lamb ragu pappardelle), I understand the hype. The atmosphere is very nice and laid-back, although it can get pretty hot on a sunny summer's day. The staff are quite friendly, however, at times the table service was slow and we had to follow up on our food and drinks. The food is on the pricier side. read more

Totti's - wood-fired bread, burrata, prosciutto - Italian Near Me - Bondi, NSW

This is the best Italian on Bondi beach by far! Unfortunately, I discovered it my last month living in Sydney and wish I would've known about it so much sooner. Absolutely everything is extremely fresh from the charcuterie, to the house made pasta, to the figs. This is a dining experience that doesn't disappoint- appetizers, main courses, and desserts are amazing. Our favorite part was the option to essentially build your own charcuterie board- each component was delicious and the customization was ideal! We sat on the back patio which is huge and lit up with cute lights- perfect for a summer night. I can't recommend this place enough! read more

The pizza bread alone is worth the price of admission. I could have eaten two or three of them and it would have been a meal in itself. Simply delicious. My pasta with prawns were equally excellent even though the portion size was on the niggardly side. Recommended. read more

I love everything about Totti's, sipping on my chilli margarita in their external courtyard i had the feeling of being somewhere in the south of Italy. For entree, ordering their famous pizza-dough bread is a must, i highly recommend having it with the burrata and the prosciutto which is of great quality. For mains, their pastas are all delicious, the paccheri with white fish, bottarga and chilli are something special that i couldn't get enough of. If you prefer a meat sauce, their pappardelle with lamb ragu are also delicious. I really have nothing to bad to say about this restaurant, even the service is impeccable. read more

This place should have 5 stars, if it was only separated from The Royal Hotel. What owners often forget in Sydney is that a visit to the restaurant is a whole experience and you won't deliver that when you located hip italian restaurant in the middle of the oversized bar, sport bar and bottle shop. There is a very little chance that you will avoid mixing with the crowd being there for a pint and some sport on the tv screen. In the best case scenario you will meet in a typical pub toilet....but in ideal world if you would enter restaurant through a side door and will not go to the toilet that's a brilliant place with absolutely fantastic italian food. Pricey but size of the portions is very decent. Tasty ! Young crowd in the kitchen knows exactly how to do it well. Service is great and I will make no complaints about drinks....and their garden !!! Garden part of the restaurant is absolutely fabulous. read more
