The upper level felt like an oven with no air, despite it not being a particularly hot day. Everyone was trying to adjust the vents, and one woman even went down to tell the tour guide it was hot. He came up and agreed, but nothing changed. They were incredibly unorganized, holding us up at the second stop while figuring out where to seat people. I think they even split up a parent and child behind us because when they were making people change seats, I heard a lady say "she's only 6 years old!". Why not just assign seats??? We left late, and the guide assured us they'd adjust our return time, but they certainly did NOT. Instead of the advertised four hours at the studio, we got off the bus at 2:50 and had to be back by 6:20, losing a full 30 minutes. They took forever letting people off the bus, letting the group that came on 2nd get off first, while we sweated upstairs. When I got off and complained about the heat and the time, the male tour guide was very rude, sarcastically telling me to "come back after four hours," implying we'd be left behind. I mentioned that the lady tour guide made an announcement saying "don't worry, your time will be adjusted so you will have the 4 full hours", and she said, "the time has passed". I have no idea what that means. The male tour guide denied it was hot, claiming some people said it was cold. I seriously doubt that. Maybe it was cooler downstairs, but we baked upstairs. Cool air didn't start coming through until we were nearly at the studios. If you read older reviews, which i should have, you will see this is an ongoing problem with them. Because of the sweltering ride, my husband got car sick (which he never does) and couldn't do the tour, staying near the entrance to rest and drink water. I took my kids, including my adult son with autism, and we rushed through everything, worried we'd get stuck and miss the bus, giving us more stress he didn't need, If you love someone with autism, you know what I mean. The studio itself was awesome, what we got to see of it. Funny, on the way back the air conditioner suddenly started working so they made everyone suffer in the heat for nothing. All of a sudden, they were also able to open the sunroofs on the top of the bus to get air, and as they did, they were hitting tree branches and pieces of the trees were falling on people's heads that were sitting there. The driver drove like a maniac and stopped short several times. And to finish the lousy day off, the bus hit something and the side mirror broke, and we were dumped at the side of the road with no explanation to use upstairs, nowhere near where we were supposed to be let off, so we had to pay even more money on a cab to get back to our hotel. I suppose I should be happy that he didn't hit something closer to the studios, because I'm sure they would have dumped us there too without a care. Go with any other company or just go on your own. I wish we did. Stay away from this company!

We met with Jessica at the Tower of London. I can't say enough about how incredible Jessica was! She was so knowledgeable about everything we saw. This was the most jam packed informational tour we've ever taken! We were delighted to learn so much of the history of the Tower of London, the Crown Jewels, and the history of London in general. After seeing all the Tower of London had to offer we took a boat up the Thames. Again learning so much about what we saw along the way. After stopping for a bite to eat we made our way to the Westminster Abbey. Our day of incredible sights and learning continued. This tour was the best tour we've ever taken. We visited London in August when many businesses are closed however Sarah Christie constructed a lovely Gastrinomic London tour and showed us so many amazing little shops that we never would have found otherwise. (Not sure why there was a L10 tasting surcharge as we did not actually taste many items besides cheese as part of the tour, but there were ample opportunities to buy whatever we wanted along the way and she was kind enough to tailor the walk to our particular interests) We saw so many delights that I was sad I didn't have a kitchen to go home to that very afternoon, if I did I would have assembled a shopping bag full of groceries by tour's end. You can find an ample selection of topical tours on history, art, architecture etc if markets sre not your thing. I have suggested this company to many friends and all have come home raving. Highly recommended!

After speaking for over an hour, she left us on our own for 45 minutes, saying she would be back. She returned, and spoke a little longer, brought us to the Tower Bridge and left us there for the duration. I noticed there were other tour guides on the bridge remaining with their group. This tour was costly, and not worth the money. I would definitely not recommend this tour company.

Overview: a beautiful station, very big and can be confusing, many stores and food options…read more ---- I stayed a hostel 5 minutes away by walking and this station was so convenient. The architecture was so beautiful at any time of the day. The inside being quite beautiful as well, especially when you walk upstairs overlooking the Eurostar trains and see a couple different statues there. My favorite was the large one of the couple embracing. Platform 9 3/4 is located in this station, for Harry Potter fans, the cart is available during the day to take a picture with for a price, but after hours they remove it and you can still take pics and videos with it! During my stay they had free ice cream outside the station that was super yummy and a nice little treat to have before heading out in my way to the trains. Inside the station are lots of places to eat and has cheap, convenient food spots like Greggs, and nicer sit-down places as well. It can be a bit tough navigating through the station because it's so big (especially when using maps and trying to find places like restaurants inside of the station) but for the train areas just follow the signs and it's pretty self explanatory. They even have a piano for people to play for fun which was cool to see and hear. Scanning in and out of the station is also easy because all you need is a credit/debit card and you don't even need to purchase a ticket which is so much more convenient compared to places in the US or France. ---- Overall: a great station to stay near and to go to, easy-ish to navigate and lots of places to eat at, very beautiful station as well

Okay, I'll stop right there because we're talking about gruesome murders that took place in 1888 by the clever and unknown "Jack". I booked this tour through Viator and our assigned guide was Ivan. We began the tour with a backstory of the neglected town of Whitechapel and continued the tour following in "Jack's" footsteps. Out of all of the tours we had in London, this was the most educational and compelling. Parts of the tour include photos of the women that were brutally murdered and Ivan would warn us to look away if we weren't interested in seeing them. I would highly recommend this tour, and I'm not a true crime podcast girlie.

However, this company charged me $855. for 5 adults to go to Stonehenge from London. The tour guide arrived to meet us, but no driver. After waiting for the driver, and we'd confirmed 5 adults, a small Mitsubishi car pulled up and a rude driver showed that the back seat opened. Mind you we are not all big adults and the tour guide mentioned that the car would not fit children of this number. So after waiting for another 45 minutes I finally was able to get ahold of the "customer service" - and it turns out it is one guy on a cell phone who is abroad. Hardly a VIP company with customer service. He then said if I waited then he could TRY to find another car, one to actually fit us, but we were responsible for the additional cost. Avoid this company if you want a real VIP experience. They are still refusing to refund money and it has created a huge hassle as well as disappointment.
