Now that I'm close to 40, it has been harder for me to take a "tough it out" approach when it comes to injuries. My aches and pains just don't heal as quickly, and I've been turning to sports massages as a remedy to help my body recover from exercising. You can only do so much with stretching and foam rolling. I couldn't be happier with Sydney's approach and treatment. She has a very warm personality and made me feel welcome right from the start.
