Very satisfied with this company and would reccomend them to anyone!!

I called to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was very unfamiliar with their own products and rude. I received an estimate for my work within a week, but had to wait close to a month for the work. I called several times asking for a time line and again, the lady on the phone was rude and could not answer my questions. They finally come to do the work and yes they did lift the driveway, but the patching on the holes they drilled is so far off from my existing colours that it looks cheap and stands out like a sore thumb, in my opinion. The owner came to take a look and understood my disappointment but said there is nothing they can do now as they try their best to match existing. It is not even close to a match at all. I now have 33 polkadots on my driveway... Very unhappy even with a $200 discount offered. Regretting my decision to fix the driveway instead of replacing the whole thing.

I had this company patch a large hole in a wall left over from an oversized vent that was about 5…read morefeet tall and 1.5 feet wide. I had no idea what went into fixing it. The owner Rashard assessed the situation and helped me understand what the project what it would look like. My situation was more complex, as the exterior portion required a zoom boom (type of lift). The project was supposed to be straightforward and take 2 days. Multiple problems arose, but outside of CommonWealth Renovations' control. The rental company delivered equipment to the wrong spot, causing long delays the first day work was to begin. Torrential downpour giving less time for them to finish the project. Soft ground causing the zoom boom to sink into the ground, rendering it immovable. The ruts in the ground from zoom boom then needing to be filled with soil. The project went over budget, primarily due to needing to rent the zoom boom for a third day and the cost of soil to fix ruts in the ground. Throughout all these challenges, Rashard and his team worked through the problems and finished the work, even in the pouring rain. Rashard came up with solutions and tried his best to reduce the cost as things piled up. He consistently kept me in the loop, informed me of what they were doing every step of the way, and requested my feedback. The finished product was of good quality and was exactly what I was looking for.

The posts were installed as requested but they took no care in terms of tidiness or the ground around the posts. Landscaping fabric was just torn up to get it out of the way. This guys a joke! DO NOT USE! I made an appointment for this scatterbrain clown to come drill…read moreholes due to a neighbour who used him.....my fault for not trusting my gut when I spoke to him. here I am home waiting for my appointment and HOUR BEFORE calls me whining ohhhh I never realized you are in Selkirk its $100.00 more! As I'm stunned wondering how do you do business and question this extra 100 he says I don't understand the problem why your upset. than doesn't show up ghosts me! So I spend the afternoon calling around with this rain everone tells me fat chance but I bet half of the companies I called actually said "BRENTS still in business?" Apparently this is common practice for this clown. I'd love to mention the companies that said this but have a peak at the 2 reviews I give the 2 that would squeeze me in this week! I actually was prepared to eat that hundo because of the rain but the GHOSTMAN never showed. Just to add he was whining how cheap he was compared to others.....DO your research my fault for not! THE GHOSTMAN is actually the highest of all. PLEASE people watch out for this grifter!

IN MY OPINION!!! STOP RIGHT NOW!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK ONCE TO HIRE THIS BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP…read more"CONTRACTOR"!!! I've had problems posting my negative review of this person and company. Apparently my description was "out of line" for printing. So here I go. *I was scammed out out over $50,000. *He left us with a broken water supply line. *He broke a main SEWAR line to be repaired later. *He damaged another intake water line which we have not yet been able to find the damage. *He damaged a water tank fill pipe. *He left a destroyed patio deck. *He left mounds of frozen backfill throughout the yard. *He used my bobcat and intentionally terminated (cut) part of the wiring harness.($4,000 repair bill). *He also prefers cash payments without giving invoices. LLOYD HARDER IS SIMPLY FULL OF "IT"!! He took $96,000 for about $50,000 worth of work!!! He took advantage of our family health situation at the time. (Our daughter was going blind with a health issue in Niagara Falls). Stressing my wife (crying on a daily basis) and myself to the point of having a near 2nd heart attack!!! BUT I HAVE TO TALK NICELY ABOUT HIM IN ORDER TO PROTECT ALL OF HIS POSSIBLY FUTURE VICTIMS!!! I never posted my story sooner as I was too mad, upset, furious, etc and still have difficulty with this. Foundation Pros (Dave Harder) started my 3 month long job in July 2022. My house was excavated around the perimiter and winter does not wait for you in Manitoba. In Nov (minus teens and twenties temps) I had freezing water lines and sewar lines and holding tanks freezing. There was a 12" open air space below the foundation walls in -20 temps!!! He then pulled out from my project leaving behind trades owing trades over $10,000/$20,000? He started another job. He told me he had no money to continue the job!!!! REALLY!!!??? (He had received well over $90,000 already) On nov8 I fired him and was forced to general contract myself. With the blessed help from the trades my home was tucked in for the winter on dec19. And was to be completed the following spring by my choice of trades. "LLOYD HARDER" IS THE NAME TO STAY AWAY FROM. APPARENTLY HE CHANGES HIS COMPANY NAME AT LEAST ONCE. He preaches about church and family and caring. It's all NOT TO BE BELIEVED!!! He should not be walking on this earth. He needs to be locked up for life with some more of his king that will teach him respect! For deeper info on this story, feel free to call me at (204) 291-5770 Dennis.
