I am posting this review after my Google review went ignored. This location is guilty of "bait and…read moreswitch." I am now stuck paying 2 different carriers because Jasmine at this location promised me 2 iPhone 12s at $50 dollars each if I transferred my lines over. I transferred 4 of my 6 lines because I was told that they didn't have the iPhone 12s in stock, but they would get them later in the week. After almost 2 weeks, they called me to let me know they were there. When I went to pick them up and complete transfer of service, I was told the promotion ended and I would have to pay twice the amount for the phones. I keep being directed to customer service, but they have told me only the retailer can help me. I since left reviews and comments for the owner with no response. I guess next will be the BBB, then an AG complaint, followed by the FTC. Again, I am paying both carriers now, and the owner has not even attempted to honor the promotion that prompted me to switch 4 of my 6 lines over.

They were able to fix my boyfriend's iPad 7th generation within a day. He just had a cracked glass…read morescreen, it only cost $130 to get it fixed. Only sketchy thing was that they asked for my boyfriend's iPad password, which is weird because he only needed the screen fixed and this didn't relate to anything in his device. Overall, good experience!
