Easily my favorite store in the world haha. Everything I need and love. Beers from all over the world. Wine from all over the world. Liquor from all over the world haha. Whatever I'm in the mood for. The location of my house gives me access to 3 different kinds of liquor stores, depending on what I need. There is the local liquor store that I can pretty much walk to, but they have a very limited selection. I once asked them if they had Mezcal and the guy had never heard of Mezcal before. Within the 5-mile radius, there is ABC, which is a very good store (at least they know what Mezcal is) but in certain categories, the selections are limited, and some spirits they just don't have. And then there is Total Wine within a 10-mile radius, that has pretty much everything. Whenever I am looking for something specific, or I want to do all my shopping in one stop, Total Wine is where I go. Whenever I walk into Total Wine, I get the same excitement feeling that I did as a child when I walked into Toys R US. There are rows and rows of shelves, filled with toys, I mean spirits. I keep waiting for Geoffrey the Giraffe to show up with a bottle of tequila at hand and instead of singing "I want to be a Toy R US kid" to sing "I want to a Total Wine guy". LOL, I jest. I can't say enough about the vast array Wine, beer, spirits and the mixer that they carry, and I can even get kegs, which makes it very convenient. Oh, and let's not forget the sampling stations throughout the store. Now I must admit, there have been times that they didn't have the exact brand I was looking for, but instead they had a dozen similar (if not better) options. Now, I have been to many Total Wine stores, but I walked into this location for the first time a few weeks ago. I stopped at this Total wine on my way home from work because... well I just got off work. Anyways, the parking was easy and there is more than enough. Upon entering, the staff greeted me at the door and told me if I needed anything to seek one of them out and they would do whatever they can to find what I am looking for, if I could not. They have basically any alcohol you can possibly think off, from virtually anywhere in the world. I have gone out of my way to try different beers from countries I never would have thought would have some very flavorful beers. One of the best things about this place is you can buy single cans or bottles of beer so you are able to try many different beers instead of sticking to a 4 or 6 pack of one single beer. The prices are good as well and I can't complain because I have never felt like I have spent more than I should. If you sign up for their rewards program you can get points towards discounts and gift certificates once you spend a certain amount on drinks and drink accessories at any and all Total Wine locations in America. I've only come here a handful of times and every time I come here I'm always pleased at how clean and friendly and all-around great that this location of Total Wine is. Much like many other Total Wine & More locations this one has basically the same layout and it is always easy to find everything I need here because everything is so well marked and labeled that it would be very hard to get lost or not be able to find the product I'm looking for here. The price of the products are amazing and honestly some of the best around, that usually tends to be the cheapest because they buy in bulk and sell in bulk here. They also have some amazing things that I have never seen in other places such as the Publix Liquor Stores. They sell almost every single drink mix you can think of and they even have a drink machine that is basically like a coffee Keurig machine but for your alcoholic drinks! The staff is always wonderful and goes out of their way to make sure everything is running smooth and they will even walk you over to a beer and recommend their favorite beer or their favorite wine if that's what you were looking for as well. The customers are also friendly and I have socialized with others many occasions. I rarely have waited on line to be checked out. I wanted to purchase some run for gifts; but since it is heavy, breakable, and our luggage was limited by weight I decided to look and see if I could buy the same rum at the local Total Wine store. Their website is easy to navigate and I learned that they carry four different flavors of Topper's Rum. I also had an email coupon for 10% off, so I bought 7 bottles online & arranged for pickup in the Plantation store. I had planned on going into the store, but saw that they had parking areas designated for curbside pick up. I found the text that let me know my items were ready and replied with my parking spot number. My rum was delivered in less than a minute & placed in my vehicle. Super easy! And super fast! Great location with friendly and knowledgeable employees! This store is always fully stocked and has such a great collection of rare beer, wine and liquor. Seriously the employees are the most helpful here then any other liquor store. They come up to you and ask if you need help finding what you need or if you need recommendations. We asked them for a certain gluten free beer which is very rare and they didn't have it. It's not our neighborhood Total Wine and More, but we'd come here every time we are in the neighborhood. Yes, the wines and beers they carry here are just the same as the store we visit close by our house, but this place offers just a little bit more. In addition to the wines and beers we usually get at the other stores, we often gets my cigars here. In the store near by our house, they do not keep the cigar boxes in their walk-in humidor. But in this place, all the cigars are in the humidor so I felt more comfortable getting my cigars there because I felt more comfortable how their cigars were kept. And since we usually come here on weekends, we almost always get to get samples to wine tasting. But that's not all, sometimes they get free samples on spirits too. We probably got a few bottles of scotches and tequilas we probably wouldn't get otherwise. Overall the store is very well organized. This was my first time here. The parking was plentiful and not a problem. I was even able to grab a space close to the door. When I walked in the door I was greeted by a man wearing a mask and gloves. He was very nice and was just making sure everyone that entered was wearing a mask. Got my cart and was on my way. The store is pretty large with a wonderful assortment of anything with alcohol in it. The wine selection is vast and the prices were the same or cheaper than Target, WinnDixie and Publix. I was asked by 2 different people if I needed help. The store was clean, bright and smelled fresh. With wide well marked isles. They also have a room or two you can rent for small/medium get togethers. There was a scrapbooking club in one of the rooms when I was there. The check out was quick and easy. Most of my liquor store shopping in Fort Lauderdale had been at ABC, which is an underwhelming experience. ABC alway lacks inventory and nobody is ever around to answer questions or offer suggestions. I was back to FL after a trip to Vermont where I had tried some yummy UFO Cranberry Hefeweizen. I was looking for this beer at ABC, but of course they only had the regular version and never have a good selection of the beer that I personally enjoy. I did a google search for the brew I wanted and somehow Total Wine came up! I was very happy to discover that you can even check the Total Wine inventory online and find out if the item you want is in stock or not. This store is a bit of a haul from where I live, but I came over to check it out since they said my UFO beer was in stock. I was amazed by the size of the store and the selection. I was only able to find two six packs of the beer I wanted, but figured I'd pick up a few extra packs while I was here, especially since it was a fall beer. I found a friendly gentleman, I think he was a manager and he grabbed one of the stock guys who got me the beer from the overhead shelving. The manager even suggested a few other beers I might like. Overall a great customer service experience here, I'd say 10 out of 10. There is an AWESOME beer selection here. I also like that you can make your own six pack or buy single beers. I've never seen a better one. Most weekends they have a tasting on Saturday and that definitely helps me figure out if a wine is a winner for me or not. One sip is all I need. This has got to be the biggest and best liquor store I've been to. It's a giant warehouse full of beer and spirits (not the spooky kind). It was a little tricky to find because it's in a huge plaza back to back. When we walked in, there was a booth with free gin samples and gin cocktails. There was another one setting up for premixed cocktails; both were good! Every employee I walked by greeted us and offered us help. The customer service is definitely top notch here. I really loved their beer section, there were so many to choose from; you could buy the bottles and cans individually or buy six or twelve packs of them. The spirits were organized by aisles; gin, bourbon, whiskey, vodka, mixes, etc., they even have a discount section! There's also a chips and snacks aisle. My neighborhood wine & more store and I love it. I recently came here for a Voignier wine and noticed that they have expanded their beer section. There is quite the variety of beers from all over the world. I bought a beer from Prague recently. But, there is a huge selection of local beers as well. They also have a beer tasting place just like in their wine section for wine. You can buy six packs of your favorite beer or mix and match and make your own six pack. They have also added Special Releases, pretty big area. The store is always stocked, it is always clean and the staff is very friendly. One of my favorite part is that they have a "food" area where you can get chips, cheese, crackers, sausage. etc. Sometimes, I just go in to browse and it is pretty interesting. I came to this store when it first opened a couple of years ago or so and then completely forgot about it. The store is huge! They have whiskeys, bourbons, tequilas, rums, vodkas, wines, beers and much more from all over the world. I can't imagine not finding what your looking for in this store. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and well stocked. They have wine (several to choose from) tastings on Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday's from 12pm-6pm. They also offer wine, beer and spirit classes that range from $10 per person to $20. The best surprise is that I found the one and only beer I drink here at a reasonable price. I grabbed the last four pack of strawberry organic mixers but it was missing one and filled with a lime one. Same brand and price. Whatever last one, I wanted it. Was told I could not purchase and manager got called. Did the manager repeatedly and condescendingly tell me you couldn't mix and match? Yeah but he wasn't listening to me. This is a great store for two reasons: 1) the inventory is HUGE and 2) the employees are dedicated to providing solid customer service. Today we returned to the store to get a variety of liquor for our house/New Years. Hubby knows there are many smooth bourbons but he insists on drinking Wild Turkey 101 - I really think it's because of the proof. We didn't see a large 1.75ml bottle on the shelf so we asked store associate Louis if he could locate the bottle. Louis rolled a staircase over to the cases on top of the shelves and checked inventory, paged other associates to check the warehouse and receipt dates, had a coworker join him and went through the inventory until they located a bottle for hubby. All this was for ONE bottle! While he was doing this, Louis was also helping me select a rum - they were out of the 15 year and 12 year El Dorado rum and I wanted something comparable. Louis suggested Ron Zacapa - I used to drink it so I knew it was great. For the price of $33 the 23 year old Ron Zacapa was a steal compared to $99 for the 23 year El Dorado! Given that I'll use the rum to drink on the rocks and in cocktails, this was the way to go. One of Louis' coworkers overheard me ask hubby where tequila and sake would be and he directed me to the aisles. We weren't the only customers in the store - today, the day before New Years Eve - but we received their attention as if we were the only ones! Everyone was courteous.When I was checking my phone for Total Wine coupons, the cashier reassured me that there were no coupons for liquor until after the New Year. He didn't want me to keep searching for coupons that didn't exist. But Louis takes the cake because he seems to know everything about liquor and wine - and champagne, from a past conversation I had with him - and he is a senior citizen...not that you'd know if from watching him climb the stairs and dash across the store! read more

I only come to Plantation when I'm visiting Mars G. which also warrants for a liquor run in the area as well. Lately, I've fine tuned certain recipes where the key ingredients are only available here. She asked me to pick up a bottle of this Cucumber Vodka which honestly I immediately doubted that I'd like. I picked up Prosecco for myself and a small bottled syrup of hibiscus flowers they have which made my drink both gorgeous and deliciously floral. The cucumber vodka ended up being pretty delicious so I'm glad I made the stop. The variety here is endless and you're sure to find what you came for and then some. All the departments are perfectly separated throughout the floor plan so it makes it easier to find what you came for.
