I was a loyal customer. I absolutely loved shopping there until tonight. I walked in the store with my children and nephew and was being glared at the entire time. When I went to check out I was asked for my ID and so was my 19 year old nephew. I am 43. So since my nephew wasn't my son and our id's had different names I was not able to make MY purchase. I find it odd if this their policy then it should be clearly posted. My own son and I have different last names and he is 14 so does that mean I am not allowed to bring him with me as well? This was one of the best experiences I've had shopping wine! When there is so much to navigate through (definitely not complaining!) their app makes it easy to search and pinpoint what aisle and even what side of the aisle to look at to find your bottle! Staff was very friendly and offered help when my husband was in shopping and made sure I found everything I was looking for when I went in on a separate day. Absolutely the worst keg department I have ever dealt with. Have lost an order in the past then when I reordered, they took it, two months later still waiting for my keg. Called for fun just to see what the excuse was, all she would do is give me the number for the distributor. I will never be returning to this terrible place. I'm 21 and my wife is 20. We were walking around the store shopping and then because she has back issues she went out to the car. When I went to check out some girl who worked there came over and said I was with someone. I explained it was my wife and that she is in then car and I showed them my ID. Then the annoying ladies wanted me to go get my wife OUT OF THE CAR to see her ID. I said that she is 20 but I'm 21. They refused my business even though I am of age. Even the annoying manager came over and they still wouldn't do it. I'm telling as many people as I can to take their business elsewhere. Can't stand people like this. Aquistapace's is actually slightly cheaper and way more friendly. Shop there if you actually want to buy the stuff you shop for. read more
