Once we felt with the Insurance "crap" Paul Davis got to work. Our point of contacts (Patrick Godcharles & Chris McDonald) couldn't have been more helpful in getting the job done. Response to our calls & texts were handled immediately. We couldn't ask for better service or care. All the permits and work was handled in a most professional manner with concern for us. Their mason did a fine job rebuilding our 2 destroyed walls. The crew that did all the stucco, painting, wood work and finish work were amazing and did above and beyond with detail. The only compliant was the electrician was a bit of an putz and needed to be supervised at all times by Patrick or Chris. Upon completion of our project there was not a single item on our punch list..... nothing!!! Our furniture and items were taken to a climate controlled storage and our bedroom furniture moved to the guest room... upon completion of the job everything was put back in place by their crew (Robert & James) in a most professional manner. I believed every word he said, but none of the things he told me that day were done. I had 8" of water in my home and was only supposed to have 1-2 feet of plaster removed. He walked in on demo day with $$ in his eyes and said, "Take 4 feet - insurance is paying for it." I should have objected, but I spent the day in tears, desperately trying to get the last of my stuff out as debris was flying. He never once discussed substantial damage with me. There was no plastic put over my TV, the stuff in my closets, the art on the wall. The demo team threw away one of my paintings because they thought they were supposed to throw everything away. They cut as high as 50" in my home - for 8" of water. The cuts are sloppy and inconsistent. They destroyed my windowsills, many electric boxes, and took all of the outlet covers- even the ones that were on outlets 5' high. I tolerated all of this until the day I got an invoice for $35K. My home is only 1120 square feet. My insurance company screamed fraud. I asked them to give me a minute to talk with Stephen. I told him I thought there was a mistake and pointed out items that were incorrect. He started by saying I did get a wrong invoice, then immediately threatened court. Then he complained to me about not making as much money as he was supposed to. Screenshots attached to display his professionalism, how little he cares about the person, and how much he cares about his wallet. He claims to be an experienced professional, but stated he knew nothing about Substantial Damage, he never pulled a permit or filed a notice of commencement as is required by law. Now he filed a claim of lien against my house for a dollar amount in excess of the invoiced amount. He is a selfish fraud. Save yourself and hire CDT - they will follow all the correct steps, and provide you with documentation of all the work they do along the way.

Bright was the morning and high my heart when i set forth to fight the Mad Mold Monster, where events eventually eventuated as I shall now sing. Always anxiously alliterating with world weary wisdom and surprisingly superior sagacity I strove to complete this outrageously odiferous odyssey. Classic Restoration accompanied me on this quest. With Guido's gifted guiding and Karoline's Cagey calculating the Mad Mold Monster was defeated. Now since my furiously flying fingers are suffering from calamitous catastrophic cramp I will veto vociferous vocabulary and tell the tale. Whew! Sagas are hard work! My dishwasher leaked water and it got underneath my floor. Before replacing the floor I was told I need mold remediation. I hired a company to do mold testing and the results were positive for mold spores and a protocol was written. I got estimates from several companies that specialize in mold remediation and was dismayed at the various prices I was quoted. These ranged from $8,000 - $14,000 dollars since it would require tearing out and replacing walls and cabinets. Guido from Classic Restoration to the rescue! Guido informed me that before tearing apart my condo, I should have the flooring in the affected area removed to see exactly what the damage was. This made sense to me and Classic Restoration got the job. After removing the floor Guido determined that HEPA air cleaning, bacteria wipe down of the whole condo, and Bacteria bombing should solve the problem. The cost for these services came to $2,650! This is 1/3 of the lowest price quoted me by the other companies. I cannot thank Guido (& Karoline) enough for their honesty, hard work, and fair prices!
