Beginning in June 2025, after completing an online refill request, I was notified that an updated prescription was required to continue billing for supplies. Despite multiple follow-ups, the process never moved forward. I received repeated text reminders (June 25, July 22, August 27, and November 6) stating I was due for supplies, along with several phone calls on my end (July 15, August 19, November 18, and December 8). I also had e-mail communication with staff (J.R.G) during this time. Each interaction indicated that someone was following up, but the issue remained unresolved. Unfortunately, by the time my insurance reset for the new year and my deductible restarted, I still had not received supplies, which led me to seek a new provider. Sharing this in case others are experiencing something similar, and to help bring visibility to what may be a larger process gap.

This place really needs a bit of a scrub! Discarded food products, and filthy refrigerator shelves question me whether I would buy from this location moving forward. Shelves were not very organized and disorganization did not extend to restocking inventory. While the store is now a 24 seven operation, the pharmacy does have limited hours including a complete shut down at midday for lunch for the entire staff. Hope that the store gets cleaned up a bit because I had always enjoyed coming in here and now I'm not sure if I'm coming back. All I have to say - Yikes!

There was only one other person in line ahead of him and persion in front of him did not understand any of the terminology the pharmacy tech was trying to tell him. My total was $5.60. I said "These are on sale for $2.99. How can it be $5.60?" The cashier looked at the receipt and said, "They're $3.49 with a Buy One-Get One @ Half-Price". She called someone to do a price check. Pretty soon I hear someone from the back of the store yell "They're $3.49". Soooooo, I go back to get one of the price tickets to show them and all the sale tags had been ripped off. There must have been a half-dozen of them on different pegs when I was back there not two minutes before. The woman who had yelled from the back of the store had removed what must have been old sale tags. Where I work, we adjust the price because leaving the old sale tag up was our error. I told the cashier what I KNEW had happened and she said, "I'm sorry. I can't change the price". So, I hit the cancel button on the credit card machine and said, "Well, I'm sorry, too. I'll take my business elsewhere" and left.
