Rodrigo was able to creatively connect one end of my 2nd floor to one of the landing of the staircase to create a magical bridge that helped to get near center ceiling spot of where the installation need to happen. Magical. With the help of his assistant, he finished the installation job in about 4 hours. Fished the new wire through our attic and did not drill any new hole into our wall to create place for a new chandelier switch. He split one of the current switches into a twin switch setup and that's how we can control our new chandelier light. Hallelujah! A tenant an issue with an old outlet that was on the outside of the house. Fortunately there wasn't any electric fire or shorts at the house's electric panel. My brother put out a bid on Yelp to find a capable electrician who could replace it at a reasonable cost and we decided on taking a shot with J Powers Electric. They showed up at the time of the appointment which is a big plus in my book and they gave me an estimated time of completion barring any unforeseen complications. The current outlet was replaced with a brand new GFCI outlet with an in use weather cover and everything went smoothly and quickly.
