Carmine came out to write up the estimate and he was really straight forward and down to earth. He said it may take a few days to get us the estimate because we needed so many things done, but we received the estimate the very next day. I think we paid a third down when we scheduled the work to be done, and we only had to wait two weeks until they could come do the work. They were here for three and a half days. They did everything we asked and more! We've had a branch stuck up on top of the garage for years and when they got on a ladder to take it down, they saw it had actually pierced through the roof and when they removed it there was a hole on the top of the garage. They patched it up completely for free! I told the crew leader Jimmy that we would pay for it and we were glad they fixed it and he said it wasn't in the initial quote so not to worry about it. Overall, for the amount of things they did, I think it was done for the best price in town, and it's quality work. We had another local handy service give us a quote for the same exact work to be done and it was seriously 3,000 dollars more than Handy Hubby. We definitely made the right choice going with them. But we also loved all four of the people we met from this service. The guys were so nice, respectful, but also very down to earth, where we were able to joke around with them a little (I mean hey, they were in my house for three days). Customer service (either by phone or email) was prompt in their replies and just really friendly and competent. It's really just refreshing that a company like this exists and I'm happy to have had them help us out. I like genuine people.

What Naz Did for Us: Naz installed our in-suite whirlpool tub, which involved bringing plumbing from the master bath into the main bedroom suite, doing electrical work at the breaker panel, carpentry to build the frame for the drop-in tub and tiling over the whole enclosure and the floor. How Naz Conducts Business: He was professional from start to finish. Responsive phone calls to our initial inquiry, booties over his shoes when coming out to quote and a line item quote told me from the beginning that Naz is a contractor holding himself to a professional standard. Naz spent 3wks in our home and was SUPER great the whole time. There were a couple unplanned changes as the project progressed, but Naz was very agreeable and reasonable about everything--he even suggested a few to make the finished result better than we planned and we're so glad he did! Naz's Work: Naz is more than an installer--he's a craftsman that takes PRIDE in his work. He made a couple recommendations beyond the original scope of the project at his own expense because he believed it would look or function better. That's how much he CARES. My mother had seriously searched for years to find someone to renovate her bathroom. He is a master of his craft! Every person she called was either dishonest or greedy. I happened to find Naz through Google and all of his reviews were spot on. He is professional, kind, caring, timely, considerate, honest, and a perfectionist. I could literally go on and on about him. He went above and beyond his initial estimate. He is also very considerate of the customer and their future needs and will make suggestions when planning. After gutting the bathroom, he found that the electrical and plumbing was nowhere near up to code. I figured this, as the bathroom lighting stopped working years ago and the cold water from sink would not work. He re-did all of that without charging extra! He also fixed some things around the house that we noticed after he left that had not been working for at least a decade (I kid you not). He painted the bathroom twice to ensure the color was perfect. He also added in some extras in the bathroom that were a total surprise! The quality in the materials used is A1 and well within budget. We could not thank Naz enough for all of the work he has done in the home. When unveiling the bathroom, we both cried. It was emotional because of the time spent waiting for this day and the shock of the before and after. My mom is so proud of her bathroom and now is the talk of the neighborhood. They now refer to her bathroom as the HGTV bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! He made the process so easy. If your dining room and basement are flooded, after they demolish your bathroom, they will claim things occurred that you know to be untrue. You can expect them to claim anything to avoid blame regarding the damage to your home to their insurance company. If the person handling your job happens to quit working for Webb Builders, you will be left to fend for yourself when it comes to completing the job you hired them to do. If you call Kevin Webb for help regarding this, don't expect him to call you back. We hired Webb Builders to remodel a bathroom for us in May 2017. We hired them because they had such a "great reputation." As of today, 1/16/18, the remodel is STILL not complete because my wife and I have had to become contractors while working full-time jobs of our own. This has been the story you hear about on Holmes on Homes, etc. The home remodel NIGHTMARE! IF you chose to hire Webb Builders, be sure to have plenty of homeowners insurance and lower your deductible to save you money if ANYTHING goes wrong. They will not fix the damage caused and they will simply refer it to their insurance company to fight you all the way. I have waited to post something until today as the situation has been in arbitration. Since Webb's story doesn't match mine, the arbitrator cannot find in my favor.
