I had simply asked to have a quick property inspection to assess the condition of the house specifically the fence my renters were asking to have replaced. It took them months to complete this and then he didn't inspect the condition of the air filter, which is something I specifically asked him to do. On top of that, he "referred" me to a contractor do repairs but refused to follow up with the guy when my renters complained and sent pictures of the job not being completed. That was apparently "my problem". And, if that's the case, why even have a property manager if they do nothing more than collect rent? I can do that myself without being there in person. On top of that, they refuse to embrace technology which alone isn't a dealbreaker but makes them very hard to work with. My renters were not happy to be having to drop off a physical check at their office all the time nor was I satisfied with handwritten (barely legible) statements with next to no details on them.
