Upon arrival, the NP took relevant information about the patient's condition and ordered labs to include kidney and liver function, CBC, urine analysis, and IV fluids. After the NP drew the blood, he kept the blood needle in the patient's arm and decided to use the same needle (even though he admitted it was not the right guage) in the patient's arm and connected the IV fluids. After 45 minutes, no fluids were administered. He claimed that it was due to the needle size being wrong. But instead of inserting the correct needle so the patient could receive the very needed fluids due to his condition, the NP just put a blood pressure cuff around the IV bag in hopes more would come out. When that did not work, he released the patient without fluids. After 1 month of still not receiving results, we were then told that urinalysis and CBC were normal. When asked about the crucial kidney and liver function tests, we were told those were never ordered. Aside from the lack of communication from the office regarding the labs results, the lack of appropriate needle size for administering the necessary fluids was harmful to the patient. And to not order the relevant labs was also a mistake of the NP that could've been harmful to the patient. Since we did not receive adequate, educated medical care at this facility. We were forced to pay another copay and go to a reliable practitioner to receive the appropriate care.

They were not that busy at all when we came in 4 people in the lobby when we got there. The clerks take forever to process the patient to be seen. . Not "Express" at all. If he didn't need to get his DOT done we would have not came here. Now that I have came here I will NEVER EVER come here for a urgent care need or visit. I get home, look at the x-ray and can clearly see a fracture on the very bone I pointed to. NP just wanted to give me a prescription for elevated blood pressure, despite the fact that severe pain causes that. All that was done was I was given a prescription for steroids that did nothing but push my blood glucose from pre-diabetic range normal for someone pushing 60 years old to full blown diabetic numbers! And my husband's first visit they told him he had a bruised elbow. A 2nd opinion with an orthopedic Dr. showed he had tennis elbow and severe arthritis. And then today, I took him in to get x-rays because he was in a bad wreck and his pain had gotten worse in his spine. They actually told us that they couldn't charge his insurance, and we would have to pay cash up front because of it being a wreck. And that it would begin at $250 and could go up to over $600. We went to the local ER and got a CT scan instead of xray and was given the option to use his insurance or not. $110 co-pay and insurance claim made was much better than what Intergrity offered. AND he got better care because I have a feeling he would have been told he had tendonitis and just given dangerous steroids. I told them when we left today that I had given them 3 chances and I was done and would not be back. This place is a JOKE! I'd visit my dog's vet before I'll return here.

They tell you when to come in and even let you fill out the information online so you have minimal things to do once you get there. The front desk workers are very nice and helpful and so is the nurse who takes your vitals. The doctor is knowledgeable and thorough. They took good care of me in my visit after a car accident and made sure to provide me with all information that I needed to help my injuries moving forward. I will come here again if I ever need urgent care!
