I'm so glad I checked this location out rather than go to any big company ones. This is definitely a mom and pop small business, but they are absolutely amazing and very pleasant people to work with. From my initial communication with them through email to an in person meeting, everything went smoothly and efficiently. They answered any and all questions I had. Haley was VERY informative and interactive with my son, making sure he understood how to hold, play, and clean his new instrument. They have a variety of instruments with plenty of payment options. They have a rent to own package with a repair and maintenance program as well. They make sure you understand everything in detail to help make the best decision. If you are looking for a new instrument or even maintenance or repair on an exhibiting one, definitely check this place out. They are AWESOME! the shop itself is located in the back of the main house. It's inside a garage turned into a shop. You will see a sign directing you.

Love the design of the custom pipe structure that displays guitars in the main showroom. If you're a guitar player, you've got to stop by just to see and experience the place. It's great. The staff is equally amazing. Philip recently set up my white Gretsch 12 string Falcon Rancher and WOW, it plays like a dream now. I didn't think the guitar was too bad off the shelf - but Philip was able to dial it in to where it plays like a dream now. So much better. I'm super thrilled. I chatted with Philip when picking my guitar up and learned he is a true luthier with the schooling and experience to back it up. He actually built guitars professionally for 10 years so he's not just a guy who changes strings. He's a guitar master craftsman who knows how to get the most out of a guitar.

Both love serving the public and both love music (all…read morestyles) in general, from band to ska to country to blues to pop to classical to arias to vocal performances...all types. And they are amazing to work with. Ronnie is a quality guitar repair guy. He's set up or re-set up three of my guitars, from a Fender Stratocaster to a Schecter to my most recent purchase (from RBC of course!) ESP. But that aside, the store is just the right size to find a little nook and try an instrument out. The staff knows just how to offer help without pressuring you. They want you to make the decision. So slide on by RBC in the Locust Town Center area some time if you are in the market for a new guitar (or other instrument because they can order it for you and probably get it faster than some online dealers can get it for you - or help you find a comparable instrument that would serve just as well as your 'dream' instrument). I haven't regretted buying an axe or having them work on my axes yet.
