Jon is an upright person; I had an issue with my garage door opener. I heard by word of mouth that…read morehe was a very good contractor for garage door repair, opener repair or garage door replacement. It did not take long after I sent out a contact to him. He replied is a quick manner and squeezed me in the next day. He came and looked at the opener the next day communicating all the way to arrival. My opener was old and the part needed was no longer manufactured thus I was kind of stuck. Jon worked up a quote estimate for replacement plus I only had one garage door opener so he made up a better quote to replace 1 and add another. He was very personal and professional and down to earth. He even gave me some ideas on stuff I could get online for less. Once I got the quote and we were over the flu I contacted Jon and told him I wish to move forward. He fit me in within 3 days of contact. I made sure the car bays were accessible for him to work. He arrived at 9:15AM I had some other stuff to do but Jon took charge and went ahead and installed both openers; had all remotes marked and programmed and a new outside touchpad programmed for both doors. He went over warranty, maintenance and care. When I went out to see how he was doing he had everything done and just went over everything. The openers were Chamberlain belt drive and were quiet and smooth. All the wiring was neatly done and routed nicely. I highly recommend Jon ( GDP + ) for any garage door issues, opener installation or doors He definitely has my vote. He even did a little repair and strengthening of my doors that he didn't have to do!

I had to screw most boards cause the nails y'all use were not enough, many came off lose and there were at least 30% of the boards that were missing a nail somewhere (lack of care and attention). My fence is also 8ft tall and there's no support at the top where all pickets are bending. Some of the bad quality boards have rotten and are falling apart so I've had to change 3 and will have to change some more before the fence is even 1 yr old. The gate bent and sagged at month 1, something else I had to fix on my own. The only reason the fence is still looking ok at 6 months is all the work and extra money I've put into it, AT 6 MONTHS!!! I'll never support a company where you call and no one comes, 0/10 in service. 3 neighbors have asked me who did my fence and I already showed them why they should call someone else. Thanks for nothing.
