‼Negligence, extremely concerning lack of accountability…read more I would strongly caution anyone sharing the road with this company's trucks. I have personally experienced rocks/debris coming from their trucks and caused multiple windshield cracks. This is not something that should simply be brushed off as "there's a lot of traffic" like Richard Braun did in our emails. other drivers have reportedly experienced windshield damage from debris coming from their trucks in reviews, the response from the business owner Richard Braun has been extremely disappointing. I reached out directly to bring attention to the safety concern, and my email was initially ignored rather than the issue being taken seriously or addressed. Only then for him to brush it off like it's no big deal head causing hundreds in damages to someone else's property. I would t trust a man with my lawn when be displays a clear lack of care for others property. This isn't just about the cost of a cracked windshield. A rock flying off a commercial truck can cause a driver to swerve, lose control, or get into a serious accident. The potential consequences are much more serious than property damage. Companies operating large trucks have a responsibility to make sure their loads are properly secured and that debris is not being allowed to fall onto the roadway. Traffic is not an excuse for an unsecured load or for repeated incidents of damage.

I called James this morning to help out on an underground repair. Because it involved flexible PVC…read morepipe instead of the tried-and-true rigid stuff, I determined it was beyond my rudimentary capabilities. James arrived this afternoon with his able assistant Hannah. In a few minutes they had the leak fixed and even happily took the time to address another, though slightly less critical, problem with our drip irrigation system. Same-day service. Two repairs in less than one hour. A couple invaluable tips for future DIY repairs from a friendly and helpful pro. And all at a very fair price. If you're looking for help with your irrigation system, my fellow San Martians, look no further.

I have used McCutcheon Irrigation several times over the last 9 years when it was run by James and…read morethey have always been great. That is no longer the case. I had them out to repair a sprinkler head mid-May. Hannah said that they now do landscaping, so I had her do a quote for landscaping. It took several weeks to get the quote. When they finally came out, the quote went up by $750. I said fine and paid it, but the work still wasn't completed. They said their "supplier" ran out of the materials. I later found out that the materials are stocked every day at any Lowe's. Texted several times to get the work completed, and the new quote has almost doubled. Still can't get them to come out and finish the job or even reply to texts. Sad that the company is being run this way after James' passing. He was a great dude and super reliable. Do not use this company now. They have no idea how to bid a job, run a business or deal with customers--totally unreliable, unprofessional, and unresponsive.
