We found this company from a paper ad attached to a pole in a parking lot in Clarence mall. Unsure of what to expect, we called and spoke with Keegan. He was able to come the same day and fixed it very quickly. We felt relieved when we saw that he knew what he was doing and was very experienced in all things garage doors. He was very polite, friendly and his fee is very affordable. I highly recommend Keegan and MK Garage Door services for all your garage door related needs.

Service was excellent, overall. We had a window frame painted Stephen is a very good painter and…read moregeneral handyman. Very polite and works cleanly and efficiently. Online quoting is convenient, if a bit fussy going back and forth, but sending accurate pictures of the job is important. Pricing seemed fair. Our only problem with our initial project was the timing of arrival. Stephen arrived about an hour and a half after the appointed time. Stephen did text to let us know he was unavoidably delayed, and it appeared to be one of those things and not representative of their usual service. We are going to try them again on another painting project and are confident it will go smoothly.

I had a few small things to be done in my apartment: painting the bathroom and installing a couple…read moreof curtain rods. The handyman showed up right on time and was efficient, friendly, neat, and very well-organized. He started by applying one coat of paint to the bathroom walls, telling me right from the start that, in his experience, it was going to need three coats to cover the colour underneath. Since I had been given a quote for two coats, this would be a bit extra to the estimate. Once the first coat of paint had been applied, he installed the curtain rods and hung the curtains for me. The installation is now very sturdy and the place looks much nicer. He then went back and did the second coat of paint. He had me take a look at it after, to decide whether I was OK with it as it was, or if I would like the third coat. Although there is a very, very slight remnant of the former colour, I decided that I was OK with that because otherwise everything in the room would be too white. Overall, I am very pleased with the result. He was extremely neat and cleaned up after himself, although I didn't see that he made any mess anyway. I guess the only downside for me is that I find their prices a bit on the high side and that's my reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. However, in fairness, I should probably have asked more questions beforehand and/or had more than one company give me an estimate. I recognize that things in general are a lot more expensive these days.

Garage Build--Reliable, Professional, Detailed and Efficient…read more I had a great experience working with Grand Building and Contracting Ltd. I hired them to remove and construct a new garage. Adam and his team understood the entire scope of the work. I was provided with a detailed schedule, timelines, and estimate before commencing the project. There was an issue with a city tree on my neighbour's property that had to be dealt with. Other contractors vanished at this point in the project. Adam guided me on what steps I had to take and the necessary paperwork I needed to file with the city over the course of seven months. When the project was finally approved, the trades workers were on time, highly skilled, professional and efficient. Adam was there at the beginning and end of every part of the construction. I greatly appreciated the regular communications I received. He even made sure my neighbours were satisfied with how the construction was effecting them. I can't say enough positive things about Grand Building and Contracting Ltd. I will use them again for my next project. I highly recommend that anyone give them an opportunity; you will not be disappointed.
