Our roof was replaced in April of 2023 and the workers on the job literally worked all day and the next morning and completed it in record time! The last time we had our roof done, it took longer. The clean up was well done and we did not find nails or any other debris in the days and weeks that followed. OUTSTANDING!! The office people were also excellent and were always quick about responding to any questions we had. I wholeheartedly recommend Apple Exteriors and would use them again in the future.

My husband and I have had several issues with the product we chose through Precision Garage Door…read more I've had to make more calls than I would like to address these issues, as has my husband. We certainly don't like to be "those people" and aren't looking to find issues out of nothing. The very last issue we had was another manufacturer issue to the door (small dents) and what we also thought was an installation issue due to a couple of the problems we saw with the chain/ door operation. We called on the Friday prior to Memorial Day and since our door is still under warranty, was able to get a no-cost appointment made with a technician for the Tuesday following Memorial Day. On Tuesday the technician was due to show between 8am and 10am. We both took the morning off work so we could be present to address the concerns with the technician. Unfortunately it started to creep up into the 10am hour and no technician had showed yet - a bit frustrating. So we called Precision Door and they ensured someone would be out to assist. Jason Schuster was the Install Manager who ended up showing to address our concerns. He was absolutely phenomenal. From the time he took to listen to our concerns and address each one with us, to the "above and beyond" steps to ensure our satisfaction and issues were addressed. He even performed an installation to sturdy our door and help ease our fears and concerns - something that fell out of the install teams hands but because he knew what to do, he took the time and did it. Jason was extremely thorough with his reasoning and brought factual education to the table to ensure we understood the product we purchased and how to know when it's a manufacturers issue verse installation issue, and so forth. He was great, I'd hands down recommend him as and Install Manager and is an extremely ethical individual who takes pride in his work. Jason made a positive impact to my husband and I, and also changed our perspective on the company Precision Door as a whole. I hope Precision Door knows that they a good one with Jason and find ways to incentivize his superior performance, workmanship, and customer service.

Our technician Mike was professional and knowledgeable. It was determined that one of our springs…read morehad failed and it was determined both were in need of replacement. We were told of other components that were in need of replacement at a substantial additional cost. The Lifetime Warranty on the springs is only honored if you accept the additional suggested repairs. There is a flat charge if you decide not to use their services so you are in essence paying for the estimate. In all fairness,I believe the workers are well trained and competent but the companies businesses model and upselling of service makes me question the value.

He was a friendly, respectful young man who was very knowledgeable. He put little booties over his work boots which is appreciated. He reviewed what the game plan was before starting to make sure we were on the same page. I had another plumbing concern (faulty water shut off valve) that I wanted his opinion on. He was able to complete the job same day, for an extra fee of course, since it wasn't a part of Center Point Energy install. He walked me thru the type of valve he would be installing (lever) vs what I had before (knob) and why it was better. He also showed me how to empty the outside faucet line after I bled it from the outside (to winterize the line). He also reviewed steps of city inspection and when I should here from city hall. I had an appointment window of 8-12. He arrived at 9:30 and was done by 11:30. Products look nice, pipes look shiny. Very happy with their service! ***I second T.S.'s review before( 12/2017).

This company said they pulled a permit, but when I called the city days after the work was done I learned that they in fact did not pull a permit. That was months ago. Update to today, I got a call from Urban Pine saying that the city I live in had called them and they need to come back to my house regarding the install of my water heater. I called my city inspector and was told that the city never called them - that it must have been the State of Minnesota - that Urban Pin is under investigation for not following code/rules of the State. That's it in a nut shell - beware of this company. Save yourself some headaches and don't go through Center Point Energy to get a water heater and don't hire Urban Pine.

This review is a bit strange but I want to give the technician props for professionalism…read more A couple days ago, we arranged for a garage door spring replacement. Later that evening, we cancelled. As it was after hours, I really emphasized with the chat service (on their website) that they should send both my contact info (address included) and the message as the technician was scheduled for late morning. They agreed. Somehow the message didn't get through and the technician showed up. They were extremely professional about it. We apologized profusely. I'm not sure if the chat service is contracted or part of their company so I remove one star for the communication glitch. Anyway, I'd recommend them based simply on the ease of appointment setup, clear explanation of the cost, and the technician's professionalism despite a disappointing service call.

Very good. Tech immediately diagnosed problem as a failed igniter, and informed me that it was a $500 part. Total repair bill was $667 to install a $40 part that took no more than 10 minutes to install. I have since found out that the igniter only costs $40, not $500! Total repair bill was $667 to install a $40 part that took no more than 10 minutes to install! I talked with the owner and he first tried to justify the 10X markup by saying it is to defray the admin costs at his facility. Must be very inefficient if they have that large of admin costs. Then he stated that this is the standard charge by most reputable organizations. I contacted a few other reputable HVAC organizations to confirm and found that they would charge about $350 for this repair, not the $667 that I paid. The people at Countryside were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with but beware of the "price gouging" that they do. I paid $667.00 for a repair that costs only $350.00 at other HVAC service companies.
