Wanted to say, Dr. Brady and Dr. Fuchs give excellent audiology treatments. They know about all the…read morehearing aids on the market, and can fit one into your budget. In addition, they gave me specialized individual hearing aid tuning. This was extremely important in my case, because I have Reverse Slope Hearing Loss (RSHL), shared by only one in ~15,000 of those with diagnosed hearing loss (~15% of the population), so it is very uncommon, and a challenge for Doctors. It is a condition rarely diagnosed by Audiology and ENT professionals who might not run into a single RSHL case in their entire careers. To return to Dr. Brady and Dr. Fuchs, they cared about my hearing challenges, researched and found the most efficient hearing aids for treating RSHL, and spent a lot of time in separate appointments fine-tuning and then boosting up the bass in my hearing aids. Now I hear a lot better, feel more confident, don't need earbuds and can hear the car radio better, several notches quieter, and on my cellphone without removing my aids, and I hear a lot of sounds I hadn't been aware I was missing in social situations, inside in busy rooms, and outside at outdoor events. It's been truly life-changing having these useful hearing aids, and I'm very grateful to Dr. Brady and Dr. Fuchs for tuning them so well and making them work so efficiently. Many people say they can't tell I have hearing aids!!! Now I can hear more clearly than perhaps I ever have, and I'm in my late sixties. Having these great hearing aids gave me enough confidence to take on giving lectures about a topic I enjoy. I was recommended to this office because of the skill of the doctors. Dr. Brady had to go to a lot of effort with my new hearing aids and I love being able to hear so well. I've been going there for a while; this was my second pair, more expensive, and they work very well. When I first had hearing aids ten years ago, I immediately began to write books and started up two new small businesses, so if you're wondering whether to give hearing aids a try, I can attest to the fact they can change your life for the better, and you will wonder why you didn't do it years earlier. The computing technology has immensely, vastly improved in recent years, of course, along with improvements in computers and chips, and the cost is not surprising considering the functionality and life-giving qualities of well-tuned state-of-the-art hearing aids.

I have been to several audiologists and the service and professionalism in this practice goes…read morebeyond anything I have experienced. Dr Fuchs listened to and addressed all my concerns. Her evaluation was thorough followed by a careful and thoughtful explanation of my options.

Dr Kay and his staff is Absolutely wonderful. I am just getting over my recuperation from sinus…read moresurgery and it is life-changing. Dr. Kay is a doctor that pays attention to all of the details, very knowledgeable and has my best interests in mind. I would recommend him to everybody.

Dr. Kay may well be highly qualified but how his office operates made me look out for another…read morespecialist. At both locations, be prepared to wait a long time without explanation or apology (unless you ask repeatedly) and listen to front staff discussing confidential matters. Despite these misgivings, I went for a follow-up appointment - which didn't happen because there was an issue with my name in the software they use. All through the repeated text/email updates and the portal pre-registration, my name was correct. Why this glitch, god only knows. My choice was to wait until they could figure it out, or reschedule. While having listened to the front staff discuss the issue loudly and at length (without realizing they were talking about me, as if I was not sitting there RIGHT in front of them) without telling me why I still wasn't being seen, I decided I had no more patience. Oh and when a doctor tells you he's looking forward to confirming a rare case of *** in you (for his own development?) after just having told you it could potentially be a tumor - and you put him straight by saying "well, I hope it doesn't get confirmed!" - his bedside manner needs work.
