I have to say my first experience was INCREDIBLY disappointing. What was supposed to be a $80-$90 was $122. Unless you to be blatantly ignored and be charged for things you specifically didn't want and verbally communicated multiple times, you should probably take your business elsewhere. I booked a deep tissue massage because I'm an athlete and also suffer chronic migraine, so the muscles in my shoulders and neck tend to be really painful and tight. I've had loads of massages by other therapists that really help prevent migraines. Unfortunately, this massage was very much not deep tissue. It was relaxing enough, but it was light-touch and definitely not what I was going for. In fact, the condition of my traps/shoulders feels worse today than it did when I went in. If you're looking for just a regular ralaxing massage, this might be an alright choice. Definitely not the right choice if you need deep tissue/pain relief. I wish places wouldn't advertise deep-tissue if they can't deliver it.

Thirty minutes later I'm still sitting there when a tech asked if I would like the water to be reheated. Of course I did since the water was now cold. She disappeared for 10 minutes before coming back. She finally poured in hot water and added rose petals and grapefruit slices which smelled lovely. After 45 minutes of waiting, she finally starting the pedicure. I don't know if she was rough or if my feet were sensitive after sitting in water for 45 minutes, but the procedure hurt. Absolutely nothing relaxing about it. My toenails had actually turned white from soaking so long. I was there for 1.5 hours and left feeling angry. I can't imagine coming back.
