Worst business in Ruston! Owners are very rude! They messed up a baseball uniform shirt ( wrong…read moresize) . Employee said they would fix it and make a new shirt, right size. It would be ready for pick up end of week, before we had to take ball pictures. Went in to pick up not ready..my child had to wear a shirt 3 sizes to big for pictures!! Went back the next following week (on Friday) to pick up right shirt...not ready!! Guaranteed it would be ready by Tuesday of this week. Went in Wednesday, knew for sure they would have it ready, it,was NOT!! 2 1/2 weeks and still no shirt!! My child has had to wear a shirt to big to play ball in! I would not have to deal with any of this if they would had got it right from the beginning! And my child is not the only ball uniform shirt they messed up and did the wrong size! Everytime I have went in and/or called after the first time, they have been awfully rude about the situation, like it NOT their fault!! Worst Family Owned Business in Ruston!!
