Now that it is time for the stone to be set, we were told that we have to be grouped in with other deliveries in the area or pay a very hefty fee to bring his out. Please be aware that you will not be accommodated or worked with after your money is taken by this company We were not "grouped in" when they took our money. Now we are just part of a number. I would not recommend this place. Please seek any where else for your loved ones very special piece Addendum: per mr Jeremiah, the purchaser only gets free delivery according to the company's schedule, not the buyer. Buyer beware & please know to ask the right questions upfront. It's a difference in knowing & not knowing & sadly my family did not know any better during our time of bereavement. We were not "misinformed", we just weren't told things we should have been by this company
