They even have two ATM machines to use outdoors and 2 or 3 drive-thru windows, two things a lot of bank branches don't always have more than one of. I'm not sure how this place got such a bad customer service RAP, but I couldn't be happier.

I do probate work, and have deposited 100s, if not 1000s of checks for large amounts of money, which are held for estates until distribution. I took a check into the bank today, and thought I deposited it. They called later, and said I could not deposit, that my client, who lives out of the country, would have to come in and open an account. Umm, no. That's why an attorney is appointed to the case, to AVOID the money being mishandled by anyone. AND, the client signed the check over to us. What is perplexing is I have done this a ton of times before with NO issues at all, and for larger sums of money (I generally just have to show the letters of authroity). Anyway, my office puts a LOT of money through this bank, with our own funds and the funds of our clients. Hope the bank is happy that they are losing a client over something so ridiculous. I will take my money, and that of my clients, to a place that is consistent and actually values their clients. I placed a call to corporate as well, so we will see if anything comes from that.
