They were very helpful throughout the entire process. They knew their products like the back of their hand, and were able to quickly draw out our dimensions and a rough price estimate on the spot. (Again, it came in at hundreds less than the big box store). The entire turnaround time was roughly three weeks, and their templating was extremely accurate so installation went smoothly. I'd never gotten countertops before, and I initially intended to go with a big box store due to my lack of knowledge. Don't! It felt like taking a chance going to a local place, but I hope this review makes it understood that going to AMC is not taking a chance, but rather the best, expert and most inexpensive option. (Regarding pictures: they installed the undermount basin themselves, and I had a plumber install the faucet/soap dispenser as well as shut off/turn on the water)

Then, they were able to come and measure and install within two weeks. Plus, we changed our mind on the sinks and drains so we needed all new cuts, and they did it no problem!! Amazing experience all around so we will use them again to re-do our kitchen in the future!!

After working our plans for a multi-room, multi-area renovation, they delivered an extremely detailed cost estimate, broken down by materials and labor. This helped us determine the areas where we might scale back the work to keep within our budget. With their planning process and online notebook system, we were able to make small changes and design selections simply with no cost penalties. Taylor is a terrific designer and helped us select colors and patterns that blended well with our overall design plan. Russ, as the overall project manager, is outstanding. Everyone at Aspen was a pleasure to work with and extremely professional. We highly recommend Aspen Kitchens--from design to execution to final inspection -- we are extremely pleased with all aspects of the renovation! Definitely 5 stars!!!

They came to take all the doors/drawers off and had them sprayed at their facility, and painted the cabinets here. They started before we moved in and stayed true to the anticipated timeline. We hired them again to paint some other cabinets we had installed for a bar area. If I could change anything, I wish they would have told me they could match the white color of our pantry door or trim before I tried to pick another white (since we weren't physically there at the beginning). But after that little hiccup, it was smooth sailing the whole way. I am in the process of having my basement finished and went to a couple different places to get quotes. In the course of conversation I learned that this is who the builder used to put in the original cabinets. After speaking to Dave Lang on the phone, he was able to send me the original blueprints since they already had them on file. I made changes on those blueprints because the dimensions were different, but I sent that back to him, he used his expertise to make the changes, with a few excellent recommendations, and sent it back to me for review. These cabinets were more expensive than the other places I had received quotes from, but after the way he handled this initial interaction I was very impressed and decided to pay the extra. On the day my contractor was here to install the cabinets we discovered that the shelf was missing. Dave, once again, to the rescue. The shelf was delivered to my house within two hours of me contacting him and telling him it was missing. Excellent customer servicefrom sales. Taking off a star simply because they were difficult to get a hold of it first and it was also difficult to get a hold of the warehouse to schedule delivery. I suspect this is related to Covid and not having someone to answer the phones. I said it in the beginning and I'm saying it at the end. Excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend them!

I can't imagine if they actually did a job...what a nightmare that would have been.
