they failed to call me to inform backing a red car into my truck. failed to flush my radiator out for stop leak after I took it in for a over heating problem. replaced the radiator cap though that was covered in stop leak! wow! also did not replace my gas after it sitting. the worst place to go too. they do not show compassion or respect towards their customers or vehicle. I highly recommend shutting them down for the way they run peoples vehicles to the ground more than what it was coming in. read more

My mom took her Kia car to get the air-conditioned fix and they told her it would cost 1,200 to fix because the composer was bad she took it someone else they looked it over and they said it's only a 40$ fix in my book they where trying to scam my mother so people I would always get a second opinion someone there apparently doesn't no what there doing read more

Our water pump went out while we were in the middle of a trip. They took us in and took care of us right away. We were back on the road in a few hours. They didn't over charge and even gave us an idea of what we were gonna have to pay before we took our Jeep in. Thanks for the help guys. Y'all are awesome. read more

I thought I'd stop by and ask for an oil change appointment. What a waste of 15 minutes. 2 people at the customer service desk and both were on the phone. I waited about 5 minutes and one of these people got off the phone and then called someone. I was never greeted, never nodded at that they'd be right with me. Not acknowledged AT ALL. So after another 10 minutes of being ignored I left. If that's what they call customer service... well I went elsewhere and got waited on within 5 minutes. I won't try again. read more

Charged $30 just to look at tires and say need to be changed.

Took car in for oil change. The untrained kid doing the job unscrewed the transmission oil filter (It's aSaturn) instead an dumped the transmission fluid out. They Just tried to screw it back on, didn't tighten so, of course, it came loose and finished draining the transmission fluid. Destroyed transmission. Stay FAR away from these bunch of clowns. read more

very honest people. I knew what what wrong with my truck before taking it there (check engine light) and they read the same codes I did. did not try to upsell me on extra maintenance. just fixed the problems I had. they do great work and will probably go there again if I need too. only reason not giving 5 stars is because they do not have a military / veteran discount on anything. read more

A huge Thank You to Thomas and the rest of the crew at Total Auto Care. The starter on my daughter's car went out the day before we were supposed to leave on a trip for a funeral. TAC went above and beyond to track down the replacement part, and Thomas stayed over 2 hours past normal closing time in order to get the car back to us the same day. This was an enormous help to us.
