It shares the parking area with another business, so parking space is limited. I parked and walked up to the window. The menu is a little confusing but it's basically the photos posted on the outside of the food truck. I decided to order a torta and a gordita, both with fajita meat. I also ordered an horchata to wash it down with. The torta and gordita were both delicious. The meat was tender and flavorfull and blended well with the lettuce and tomato inside of it. The sauce gave it a creamy, savory, comforting taste to add depth to the bun on the torta and the corn shell of the gordita. The cheese was just the right amount, complimenting the meat but not overwhelming it. The lettuce and tomato kept everything tasting fresh. Last but not least, what is Mexican food without salsa. The red and green were both on point! While I'm not a big sweet drink person, the horchata was very good. This was a solid meal from a local food truck and did not disappoint. The parking is very limited but you can call ahead and order. It's located off of a busy road and traffic is a bit annoying around there but other than that, the service is excellent. The food truck operator is very nice and the food was worth the rain I stood in to order the food. There's not much to say about the ambiance, since it's a food truck in a very small lot on a loud road. I'll return to order the pambazos and sopes next. I'll also try the mango or piña agua fresca next time. If you are in the area, stop by and try this authentic Veracruz, Mexican cuisine!

I have gone there probably six or seven times now and I love everything I have had from here. I have eaten the chicherones, fajita tacos, barbacoa, chorizo, with eggs without eggs, you name it. I have also had their menudo and it was one of the best I have ever had. The barbacoa and menudo are only on the weekends and maybe one is Friday and the other is on a Saturday, so call first before you go and ask them first. They have limited seating because they are located in a convenience store, but do not let that deter you from going. However, be forewarned that they are packed around lunch time, workers in the area go there if their lunch break is 1 hr or less. They are however( the chefs) super fast and efficient!
