We went to the store to buy extra wide shoes for one child and 6Y for another child. While looking…read morefor the specific size for youth, the assistant manager proceeded to argue with us that the sizing for children with 'c' representing "child" or toddler sizes and 'Y' for youth or big kid sizes was not what those two designations meant. Now I have had 4 children over the last 23 years. Those designations have always been there. Then when we went to check out, the very young bubblehead of a girl couldn't spell our city name, took forever to ring it up, kept generally playing when we are trying to get out the store with a toddler who was over it. She asked us if we wanted to subscribe to the rewards card. I said yes. She proceeded to ask me my full name, address, phone number, and DOB while strangers are around me. She said this is required to sign up for rewards. When I commented that this is a lot of personal information being gathered publicly, she got snooty. We paid the $204 and left. Upon reflection, I took it all back and got my money back. I got the same assistant manager. I told her they could have had us write the info on a sticky and shred it if it's required va asking so many public details with others listening in. I also told her customer service goes a long way for me and it was not worth spending my money there. I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

All the vinyl was stocked and in the right place. This made is super easy to locate the color I came for, GOLD! I grabbed it and headed to checkout. To my surprise there was a sign that the vinyl was on sale for $9.99/roll. I prefer the Siser Vinyl and this is usually priced between $18.99 to about $29.99 depending on roll color and size of the roll. So any sale is good in my hood ! When I got to the checkout, there was no line and the cashier was waiting and ready! She rang me up, asked for my rewards number and sent me out the door! She said "Oh well that's ok because you can order online, you don't need a store, so what's your name and email again for the account??"
