Great selection for men's and women's clothing. There are also good variety of room cabinet, kitchenware and dinner sets. Customer service was great and helpful. Ample free parking in front of the store. The store is well organized and so many items on clearance. The only negative is probably their shoes selection and they could have more collections. Marshalls is a retail chain offering brand-name clothing, accessories, shoes and housewares. At Marshalls, I think life's better with surprise. (I have ordered items that are a completely different color then the stock image) So it's nice to be able to see some items in person before ordering (theoretically) but they are far from having a full assortment and I have a hard tome finding items in my size (a 2 - typical 0 but in Ref I'm a 2). I usually have to try a size up and sort of hold it with my hand int he mirror and imaging the correct fit. I have maybe gone in 3 times and actually found the time I am looking for in the color I am looking for where they had a size that is maybe acceptable to try on. So that's frustrating. But I always feel oddly judged and like the employees are judging me. Even when they are nice, I get an odd vibe here in store. I imagine it has to be part of the training, and that maybe they deal with a lot of theft possibly? So maybe judged is the wring word, but watched is maybe more appropriate? It's also never busy. Like I can't remember the last time I was there and there was anyone else shopping with me, which just sort of amplifies that feeling. Also they do not validate. Just a heads up. Yelp doesn't have a place for "tips" for this location otherwise I would put it there.

I came here a couple weeks ago on June 4 in search of a dress for my little sister's college graduation. I previously bought a blue floral maxi dress from their Austin store for my older sister's wedding that made me look snatched so I trusted my gut that I'd find something here. Like the other reviewer, I was a little sad that there wasn't much selection in store. Of what WAS available, I sifted through a few pieces that I found cute! I was aware that inventory differs between locations but I would have preferred there to be a smart screen formatted like a website that allows you to swipe through products. For ex, the Austin store has that installed and you can find things that might not be displayed on the racks. Just something to consider to elevate the customer experience here! Other than that, I spoke with both of the sales associates who were working as I had entered the store close to the end of day. They were both super friendly and gave me multiple recommendations. I came in interested in a shorter green-toned dress. I tried on the two pictured. I felt the dark green one was too similar in style to my other Ref dress and I didn't want another maxi dress (at least not yet). I also didn't realize until after the fact that the lighter green dress I bought was intended to be worn as an off-shoulder dress. Regardless, the sizing was perfect and I looked great in all the photos!

The store was empty just after 10am on a weekday. The employee greeted me and let me browse around. The styles vary but are mostly trendy. A lot of styles seem to have a southern flare and are for suitable for middle age (30's-40's) women. If you're looking for a nice blouse, some weekend jeans, or maybe an oversized jersey dress, this is the place. You won't find any club clothes here, only good wholesome pieces, lol. Honestly, I found the prices to be typical "boutique" prices. Dresses $38, jeans $39, and tops $28+. Not cheap when compared to Marshall's, but ideal for some quality pieces. The jewelry is just over priced for costume pieces...$8 rings,$14 earrings. I managed to find something after trying on a few pieces that made me look like I was about to sit on somebody's porch and sip some sweet tea straight out of a mason jar! I went to this Urban Outfitters with my daughter yesterday and picked out some gum from the little…read morebins while waiting in the check-out line. The gum is called Jawliner Gum. Well, when we got to ringing up our items, the gum rung up at $25.00 a pack!! I had two packs. When I saw that $50 on the screen & none of the clothes, I said, "wait a minute, that gum is $25?"! The lady must have been new or something because she had a problem ringing up the gum in the first place and had to get assistance from the guy working there. Well, I told her to put that gum back. It would be a cold day in hell before I spend $25 on a pack of gum. I can just go to the grocery store. So, when I finally got home I was curious about this gum and why would it cost so much. So I looked it up on Urban Outfitters website. That gum had a price of $3.50 per pack on the site!!!!! Atlanta will never out live the scammer city allegations!!!! I tell you!!! I'm glad it was me checking out instead of my daughter. She would have just swiped and kept it moving, lol. I say all this, to say ... check your receipts. Customer service was still great, beautiful store set up and all that. I just couldn't believe the lady was going to let me pay $50 for gum that came out the bins where everything is usually under $10. Thanks for letting me rant.

I moved out of the register lines to check my bag because her look was offsetting and realized my earrings I just purchased weren't in the bag, only 4 items were. My husband grabbed the receipt from me and walked back up to the counter and only had to say "earrings" and she immediately grabbed them from behind the counter and gave them to him. Never in my life have I witnessed something as immature, unprofessional and such a disgusting human being. So before you leave I'd make sure they don't try stealing anything from you. Doubt this was her first time doing this so I attached this photo, hopefully management can look into this and not let it happen again.

I've never once had a positive customer service experience from this location and today takes the cake. I had an online order. that I had shipped to store for pick up to avoid paying for shipping. You are supposed to have 7 days from the arrival. 3 days later I got an automated text saying it was going to be canceled if I didn't pick it up by the next day. I called was like hat is going on? They "extended it" to Monday (5 days after arrival) The gorl I spoke to was very short with me and very rude. The next day I got he same text. I call back and go trhough it again. The next day (Monday) I get it again and call to say hi this should be her till Wednesday, I was coming in today but I don't feel well so I'll be there tomorrow (Tuesday) fine we'll "extend it" (again should be fine until Wednesday) 10 am rolls around which is when they open on Tuesday and I get a text saying my order was canceled. So I call again, (This is the 4th call about one order), to ask what is going on, also to say don't cancel it as you just opened so it should be in your stock room. I'm on the phone for 47 min, speak with 4 people, including the manager and an assistant manager, only to be told first "sorry they shouldn't have canceled it and sent that text, not sure why that happened" then, 47 min later "we never canceled your order and we don't send the texts corporate does..." so lots of different information, lots of wasted time. No one gave me a name while on the phone, at any point in any of the calls. When I got here to pick it up they couldn't initially find it (seriously?) but they found it. I asked for the manager and assistant manager's names (as they did't give them to me o the phone) and the girl at the dest DIDN'T KNOW EITHER OF HER MANAGERS NAMES. She had to ask someone else. What? How? Customer service matters. They don't get that here.
