Definitely not customer service oriented here Called to see where they were located in the mall and they gave me completely wrong directions which seems ridiculous since you would think they would know where they were located. I was hoping I could park easily and run in to the closest entry and since they close early on Sundays. Then when I went in just to exchange sizes of some thing I bought without trying on they wouldn't do it because they said I bought it on clearance. the other location didn't have any more and they were able to exchange things on clearance just not return but this location would not do it and they were extremely belittling about the way they did it. The woke manager ket pointing to tiny print on a little policy they had on the side. No one ever told me they were final sale! How frustrating! I won't mention the price point or selection; the associates cant help that. It's not their fault. What I will mention, is the amazing service. I shop at Torrid primarily online, during their sales, or with Haute Cash. You can also find great deals in the back section (sales rack). If you don't mind rummaging through the racks. The associates know my name when I come in (it could be because they've seen it on so many packages lol). I'm always surprised by that, but it shows me that they take that extra step. They've helped numerous times when I needed a last minute outfit for an event or for work. I've heard them compliment certain items when someone tries them on (it could be a sales tactic idk). I remember a woman came in while I was shopping; she was looking for a swim suit for her vacation. They worked with her to find the one that accentuates her curves and doesn't make her feel bad about herself. They made me want to get a suit and I don't even need one! And they're honest. Sometimes I just want a basic blouse without all of the skulls, eyes, or Disney characters. But unfortunately, Torrid is owned by Hot Topic, so you may have to search a little harder or try a different store. But, I honestly like the staff and the layout here. It closer to my house than the Cumberland or Alpharetta locations. They are super helpful and will make it work. Just don't hold the prices or selection against them. read more

Please change your store hours to update this location closes at 5pm on Sundays. Trying to call the store ahead of time i no help, no one answers! So wasting gas just to find out the store is closed is really frustrating. read more

I agree with the previous review, great customer service but the selection is meh. I never seem to find much which sucks because it's the nearest Torrid to my house. The ladies who work in there are wonderful and always willing to help, but unfortunately the few times I've been in there it seems like their selections is picked over and old styles. I found more on the website and think I'll order from there instead and return them to the store if needed! If they regularly updated the selection and geared it more towards the age population that's shopping at this location I think they would be way more successful! read more

This place is awesome! I love the staff there. I've been there once, they were welcoming and so nice. The second time I went there (1 1/2 months later) they remembered me and, god, they are so cute! Love the clothes. Finally pluz sizes that doesn't look shitty! Yes, it's kinda expensive, but it's good quality and you will look in the mirror and will see a hot chick looking at you. This is my favorite Torrid location. I always have a pleasant shopping experience and usually find what I am looking for. Today they had an early store openig special where all clearance was an extra 60% off from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. The clearance section was very organized and neat. read more

Walked in and out. It's a smaller store with not much of a selection. I was pleasantly greeted, no complaints about service. I just didn't care for the clothing options offered for the price point. I personally think torrid gouges their customers because some of these women don't have many other options for fashionable plus size clothing besides lane bryant which is just as expensive if not more. Fortunately I can take my business elsewhere and get more bang for my buck, I empathize for the ladies who can't and are stuck paying $50 for a blouse when I can get something similarly styled at $15. Sure it may be more fabric to make the garment but really? $50 for a blouse?!! My gripe is more so with the selection of clothing, the price point, and the quality of the clothing. The store was organized and maintained, the customer service was decent. That's what earned them the 2 stars. Torrid needs to find better buyers because the 28 and up female isn't trying to buy Disney Princess t shirts for $28 smh read more
