Very poor service....I would suggest anyone else before retaining his services. If there was a ZERO star rating, that is what he would receive. :( Very disappointing

I have been seeing a physician there, Dr. May for years, one day a check sent by my RHA account was…read moresent to them for a payment and they failed to deposit it and then they send me a bill for the check bouncing for $25 as "politely as possible" I work at a medical practice as well, and I even talked to my administer about the situation. We would never do this to a patient and expect them to pay it. When I expressed that I was not paying it , I didn't write the check first off and they failed to deposit it they were extremely rude and continuously sent me a bill for it in the mail. The Physician then told me I would not be responsible, ok I think it is done. Nope another bill in the mail and this time the "administrator tells me the physician did not say that" basically I am a liar now! Do not go here! if anything happens with your insurance or if THEY FAIL to deposit money your HSA or RHA they will harass you and make you the bad guy and yet you had nothing to do with it. And this is a group of psych doctors might I add. you'll need more prescriptions to deal with their management incompetence , guess it is a win win for them.
