Paid for materials and labor, and was told we couldn't get an updated quote with labor listed even though the initial had labor listed. Nothing but problems. First the date of when we needed it done was a week off even though we explicitly explained when we needed the work done. Then there were issues with the baseboards painting not being listed. Also some of the materials not being in on time. At the end of the day we spent a lot of money and there was a lot of delay and miscommunication. I've never had so many issues with flooring in the past... The installers contracted were awesome, though. They did a fantastic job!

My wife decided to call Twin Cities Flooring. They sent out Tim to give us an estimate that day. Tim arrived on time. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about his products. Tim finished measuring for the new carpet and left. My wife had already called Twin Cities Flooring and discussed with Teresa the owner of the store what we wanted in a carpet. Teresa stated we will have samples ready when you get here. We went to the Twin Cities Flooring that day and were asked immediately if we needed any help by a polite woman. She introduced herself as Teresa. We told her that we had an appointment to view samples. Teresa took us to a table with the samples on it and showed us the carpets from low to high grade. We wanted a little change in the color so the Teresa went into the samples and brought out the color we were looking for Avalanche by Shaw. We knew it was a high grade carpet and it was worth it. The carpet was ordered and a week later installed. The crew that came to install the carpet was courteous and polite. They moved the heavy furniture and removed to old carpet. They filled the cracks so moisture and bugs couldn't come in on the concrete floor. They installed all new high grade padding and then measured the rooms for carpet. They installed the new carpet and vacuumed all the carpet before moving the furniture back into place. They cleaned up after themselves. The installation was a success. Our overall experience with Twin Cities Floor Covering was excellent. We would use them again for our Flooring needs and recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of Flooring.

We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result.
