Beautiful course and kind staff. We golfed 2 days in a row, doing the Tower Course first then the Cabin Course. My favorite was Cabin. The man in the pro shop also fixed the spikes on my husband's golf shoes free of charge. 10/10 recommend.

The great view!

Beautiful course, just had a home built right off the 13th green. Lovely, private and secluded in the pines.

Cute little golf course up north. Holes play short and can be awkward at times…read more Originally was going to play the day after we got in town, but they had closed down the driving range for the weekend to have a car show. Not only was the area packed, the driving range was closed. Ended up playing later in the week during our visit. The driving range was open then, but it seemed the staff were manually collecting balls. There is no distance marked on the driving range, so not overly helpful. Towards the end of our stay, they were doing maintenance on the course so we had to play the same 9 holes twice. The course overall is in decent condition. I just wish these disruptions were better communicated online and by phone. I had called before our visit to make sure there were no unusual closures or disruptions to the course and was never advised of this. Course could be more organized and better managed overall. Was good, but plenty of opportunity for improvement. Scenery was the best part. Lots of birds and squirrels. The squirrels are far too friendly and had them run across the green multiple time during play. Also had another squirrel nearly climb up me... be on alert.

I love the vibe. If you know you know. Food was good and so was the service. Come here for a…read moredrink. And watch some golf or some trees. Best of two world.

Stopped here with my friend on the last day of our vacation and it did not disappoint. We spent…read moreabout 50$ each on a three hour pass which is not bad given it included some of the arcade games, mini golf, and go carts. In that time we were able to ride the go carts three times and complete the mini golf course before spending the rest of the time playing in the arcade. I would definitely visit again next time I am in pinetop.

Owning several businesses in one of the most highly regulated industries in the country, I can…read morecertainly appreciate the need for rules. As a business owner and leader, though, I think you can also appreciate that your responsibilities extend beyond simply having those rules in place. You have a responsibility to keep the public safe, properly train your employees on the rules, and ensure they know how to communicate and enforce them appropriately with your customers. The defensiveness in your reply is similar to what I experienced when I simply tried to explain that your staff did not communicate the rules in the manner you are now describing. That is really at the heart of the issue. You have also taken on the responsibility of creating and operating what you market as a "family fun" environment. Rules and safety are absolutely compatible with that, but the way those rules are communicated and enforced has a significant impact on the experience families have at your business. Rather than immediately becoming defensive when a customer offers criticism, I would encourage you to listen to what they are actually telling you about their experience. Spending less time defending the response and more time understanding the feedback would, in my opinion, make you a more effective leader and ultimately make your organization better.

The new bar and upgraded patio are wonderful, and with the addition of Annie's Perch, it is nice to sit and enjoy the views while watching golfers finish on the 9th and 18th holes, all while enjoying a cold drink and good food. The comment about frozen pizza is rude and inaccurate. In the last renovation, they installed a pizza kitchen with a pizza oven. Everyone raves about how good the pizza is, and I often see people picking up pizzas to go. The staff is amazing; they are always welcoming and helpful. I can only imagine how challenging it may be sometimes to serve entitled people, but they handle it with grace. My kids have been coming to the country club since they were babies and have had no issues because they understand the importance of etiquette and following the dress code. To the person calling it racist, I am definitely not white and feel very comfortable at the club. Additionally, you cannot take your time on any golf course; it's called golf course etiquette. You need to play quickly since there are tee times every 9 minutes. If you are slow, you slow down play for everyone, making it difficult for other golfers. A leisurely day on the course is only possible if you book a late afternoon tee time during the week. I highly recommend PTCC. It is absolutely beautiful and a great reprieve from the valley heat during the summer. Just be ready for the monsoon season; there is usually afternoon rain, and sirens will alert you to get off the course because of nearby lightning.
