When I checked with the recep, I was told I hadn't been passed over, that there were 2 doctors on duty and I might've been queued in a slower line, that my number was about to be called, etc. At least, the recep did admit she didn't know what was going on with the system and hadn't been keeping track of who came first. Initial estimate they gave me was 30 - 40 minutes. I'm sure the doctors are well-qualified and earnest there, but getting randomly ignored for 2 hours makes it hard to recommend this clinic. Especially when you're in pain, about which I'd made known to the recep.

I had to get treatment yesterday and, the staff were polite and, it has not changed much since Covid-19 and, it has not changed much. I was there for more than 6 hours and, I had to speak to a doctor after almost 6 hours-I had not been there for treatment very sparingly over 10 years. I know of a staff member who has been employed more than 15 years. I am impressed by the staff and, their kindness and, I left feeling a lot different and, I told the doctor that I was not sick. The receptionists don't do their jobs properly and when mishaps happen, they immediately blame the patients in order to avoid any responsibility. What a bunch of clowns! Truly horrible feeling when it happens. Unless you are a subhuman and have very low dignity, sooner or later you would run into situations which makes you feel horrible, just as I did. Why not save yourself some trouble and find another walk-in clinic for long term visit? Some extra commute just for the sake of your dignity.
