Unfortunately, sales team was in a rush when they came for the initial site visit and only left us…read morea sample of the panels/ rails to confirm colour. They did not leave a sample of the posts. On the installation date, it was immediately evident that the posts would be too large for the space and would have to be angled to fit. While sales team did disclose size of posts in the contract at no point did they suggest or say that the size would not be recommended for such a small porch. Lost my $550 deposit with the comment ' it was in the contract''. We wrongly assumed that they would select the correct size for our space and advise us accordingly. Disappointed and will look elsewhere for the correct railings and size.
