I tried to give zero stars but it wouldn't allow it. I would never use this company again! I would recommend nobody else does either. The level of quality that is provided is nothing better than hiring a window washing company to lay flooring. I had flooring installed with so many issues that they refuse to fix, we will be going to court to have all my issues rectified. My wife and I paid $29K for nothing but issues.
1. They asked for us to pay for a dumpster after they arrived day 1, I think the 29K should have covered that. We refused to pay for it.
2. Then they said the needed cement and a mixer for part of the floor that was damaged, again I felt that should have been part of the bid. Okay we paid that.
3. They moved our washer and dryer and scratched it all up (mind you it was only 1 month old)
4. They moved our fridge and when putting the fridge back the broke the water valve behind it for it to leak for two days and I see water coming from behind the wall (I had to fix it). The baseboards have water damage behind the fridge and on the wall that butts up behind the fridge as water leaked through the wall.
5. When they were finished they moved all the furniture back as promised but did not even clean the floor, the house was so dusty and the floors were so covered in filth that I hired maids to come in and clean after I spent the weekend trying to get the floors looking half decent. While cleaning them I had to scrape so much caulking and glue off the floor that had been dripped or spilled and stepped on with dirty shoes that was impossible to get off with a mop, swifter or tile sponges, it required me to be on my hands and knees all weekend to get as much as possible off.
6. There were transfer pieces on my stairs that they left the glue from the stickers they peeled off on the transfer piece so all the dirt was glued to it, we have multiple stairs because our kitchen is elevated from the living and family room. The transfer pieces were not purchased long enough to go all the way across so they used multiple pieces to go across and the cuts did not line up or look professional. One piece was 7 inches while the other piece was 5 feet on one stair and the next stair had one 2 feet and another 4 feet (very tacky looking).
7. After putting the furniture back I decide to move one of the shelving units only to find out they used it to cover one of their flaws (the flooring wasn't connected where they covered it up).
8. I have so many pieces in my home that are lifting and not to mention the baseboards that they replaced and put on are not even painted.
There is so much more wrong that it's unbelievable, you can't make this stuff up. I really hope nobody else will ever have to deal with such a big investment become trash.
My wife has reached out several times for all of these things to be addressed only to be blown off. We our in the process of complaints to the contractors board and a lawsuit. I never have had to deal with a company in this nature but I hope if anyone can learn from this do not use this company. My floor is going to have to be removed and done over.
