The appraiser did not give fair market value to the home we are purchasing. He made comparisons to…read morethe property sold 4 months ago and refused to accept newly sold homes in the vicinity. One of the reasons he gave is the home is in high density housing, when we looked up even high density homes in same city(within 2 miles) and shared he said they are far away from location and could not consider them. In this market one of the reason he gave for low price is this: "why was the subject only listed at this price? In my opinion the subject was priced accurately when listed, and in this case (possibly due to inventory shortages, a very motivated buyer, bidding wars, etc) the contract price became unrealistically inflated. Just because a buyer is willing to pay an inflated price does not mean that that is equal to the property's market value" definitely do not recommend him.

It really just wasn't a friendly Service. Very transactional and not graceful or thankful for contributing to their auction. Service and auction fees are extremely high. Talk to a few other people who were bidding on items and they have the same experience. My recommendation to the company is to put Christina through customer service training and navigating conversations with clients appropriately.
