I highly recommend Torklaw to anyone who has been involved in a car accident. From the beginning, they were professional, caring, and always kept me informed throughout the entire process. They made a stressful situation much easier and truly fought to get the best outcome for me. I'm very grateful for all their hard work, communication, and support. Thank you to the entire team for representing me and being there every step of the way! read more

This came up in my Facebook memories today from 6 years ago. I received a package in the mail. It was a book titled "Accidents Happen". Along with it was a letter addressed to my family about my untimely death! Creepy, much? I searched online and found that a man my age with my name had been killed in an accident in San Luis Obispo. So this law firm mailed this book not only to me in Palm Springs, but also to my old house in San Francisco. Who knows who else got this nifty surprise gift. Both of my parents had passed prior, but imagine if my mom had still been alive and opened this letter in the mail! This law firm is disgusting...worse than an ambulance chaser! I mentioned in a comment on Facebook that I'd written a Yelp review, but it seems to have disappeared. So 6 years later, I'm writing it again. Shameful! read more

To say that I'm happy with TorkLaw Team's representation, which I recently used, would be an understatement. They have been a pleasure to work with right from the start. I found myself in an extremely stressful and frightening situation, but they made it seem like everything would be alright. The team was always available to answer any concerns I had. They also stayed in close touch with me throughout the process to make sure I understood everything and was satisfied with the results. Every time I got a call from a member of the TorkLaw team, they always seemed very happy and positive. That was an enormous help for me at the time. I always felt like I was in great hands with them throughout the case. Everything was clear, uncomplicated, and easy to understand. Throughout the entire process, they kept reminding me that we were a team and that they supported me. Really, TorkLaw is the best team I could have asked for. All they did for my family and me during such a difficult time will always be remembered. read more

Resolved all problems. Got my claim finished very quickly. I did have one issue, but it was resolved.

I don't like writing a negative review but I'm going to share my experience. After contacting this law firm in October 2018, I decided that I wasn't ready to pursue a case. My emotions were still too raw. Fast-forward, December 2019 I contacted them again. I spoke with a representative who verified the information that I previously entered when I performed my initial online inquiry. I provided him with additional information by phone. I was told that he would speak with an attorney and contact me back the same day. He never contacted me back, and that's the reason for the negative review. I knew that I was close to the statute of limitations for my case but it was still possible to file in court before the cut-off. My upset regarding this firm is lack of communication. If the firm decided not to represent me and pursue legal action against the parties then I would have liked to know that. I never heard back. I contacted them once again after the Christmas holiday and left a message with their answering service and still didn't receive a phone call. In my opinion this is an unprofessional attitude and I cannot recommend this law firm to anyone in America or the states where their attorneys have been permitted to practice the law. Being a lawyer, or attorney and having a good character and reputation should be about treating people with dignity, respect and professionalism. They might have overlooked contacting me back on accident but I am a person who contacted them for help with a legal matter. Someone missed the mark. I cannot recommend this firm. P.S. When I think of the name of the representative that I spoke with I will come back and update my review with his name. read more

All I got to say is don't trust everything they say go with your gut feeling I learned my lesson I can't even begin on everything wrong that has happened since signing with them I have never been so disappointed and upset I didn't think it was possible for lawyers to be so inconsiderate and greedy to bring their clients to tears so I have finally had enough after giving them chance after chance to make things right but never had they tried so I left to a new attorney lawyers that have made me feel 100 times better than torklaw has ever done so if you are going with them good luck you're going to need it and make sure to always get any kind of paperwork or documents of everything of bills or anything because they will prolong it until the very end and even then it will be a struggle to get it you will feel like it's a big time burden for you asking for your paperwork read more

During the worse and most stressful time of my life Tork Law was there for me. Attorney Reza Torkzadeh and his entire team were professional, knowledgeable, organized and stayed connected with me through the process. I received phone call all the time from attorney Michael Gaines consistently, just to keep me looped on on the progress. They were able to quickly settle my case for the maximum policy limit. You can tell their team comes to work each day and gives 100% not only do they care about their clients but I consistently hear about events / activities they do to give back to the community. I saw this first hand when they delivered lunch to Children's Hospital Los Angeles, during Covid-19 ( I randomly saw a post on Instagram ) have you ever heard of a law firm take time out of their day give back on a regular basis? Thank you Tork Law for being there during the most difficult time of my life! read more

I was in a very bad accident 4 years ago and I was left with permanent brain, and shoulder damage. Eugina, Diana and the whole TorkLaw team were OUTSTANDING the whole way thru! It took a long time to finally settle this case, but Eugina got me a HUGE settlement that I could never imagined when we first started this 4 years ago! I would recommend TorkLaw to anyone who has been wronged and needs help getting you EVERYTHING you deserve!!! read more

Not informative. Called to ask about possible case and some more information. They were really rude when answering the phone as if I was taking up their time. I just said nvm and hung up read more

If I could give this law firm negative stars, I would. The lawyer, Fred, here who was responsible with following up with me regarding my potential case never did. Julio claimed that he tried calling me but could not provide a date that he called me. It has been over a month and I have NOT get any response from the firm or the potential lawyer to handle our case. They closed the file without contacting me first. These people do not get back to you. DO NOT USE THEM. TERRIBLE customer service. Beware. They will not get back to you and they lie. We dodged a bullet for sure with them. Trust me, look elsewhere! They are ridiculous and unprofessional. And they'll talk over you if you have questions. The past review about them not getting back to people is SPOT ON. Don't even waste your time with them. They don't get back to you. read more

I reached out to Tork Law after my husband fell while a physical rehabilitation hospital. Once I explained the situation they immediately told me about various ways the claim could be handled. Throughout the entire process I was updated, called to discuss further options and then the results. My telephone calls were answered immediately. If I did leave a message the call was returned quickly. Everyone at the firm is professional, courteous and helpful. I worked with Fred Rispoli as our attorney, and his secretary Christine. They were wonderful to work with. read more

I've had a great experience with this firm. Diana stayed in touch and she was always there when I called or had any questions. I am very satisfied with the team who worked on my case! Thank you Brandon Summers read more

Not happy at all! These people aren't on your team. They are the worst lawyers ever. If you are considering to have them represent you don't!! They didn't help me on my case and won't help you on yours! It took them about 3 months for them to reach out to me to tell me that they can't help me due to me being at fault. They said that they will help and do anything to win my case which they didn't. I tried to follow up with them and they would always be busy. I shouldn't be the one to call them and as for an update it should be their job to do so! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Don't trust them they won't help you at all. read more

It's not a law firm for everyone. If you want to be informed 24/7 about the process, keep looking. BUT if you want a great attorney who will do everything for you, this is the place! It took about 3 months from start to finish, but they got everything I was asking for! I was informed when I needed to be, and with a little push I got all the info I wanted to make the wait a little more bearable. Shea is absolutely the best! I was never once disappointed while working with her. She is fast, on her feet, does her job with care, she took my feelings into consideration, and I am so happy I came across them when I was in a hard place. 10/10 would use them again!!!! Also, while they represent you, you will get texts with a survey. And if you ever reply that you are unhappy, it will be fixed. It was for me! I am so grateful this firm was available to me when I felt hopeless and failed. Thank you guys!!!!!! read more

I had a negative experience with the receptionist. She was so rude to me and basically said there's nothing they could do for me. This Law firm is associated with Ben Crump, after seeing all these advertisements who they referred me to was this law firm...not a good sign when compared to his TV commercials. I'm very disappointed. Hopefully they will get contracted Law firms that are on the level that he represents. read more

Six months ago my wife was involved in a car accident that required short term medical care, we were unsuccessful in communicating with the insurance company and unfortunately we were at a loss for next steps. A close family friend recommended that I call Ramin R. to schedule an evaluation meeting. The process was incredibly simple and Ramin really took the time to understand everything that occurred throughout the process, the personal touch went a very long way with our family. Ramin and Team, THANK YOU for ensuring our family was taken care of every step of the way. If Yelp would allow, we would be giving the Tork Law Team 10 stars, they deserve it!! read more

I used Reza and his team to help me with my motorcycle accident case. No one wants to have to use a lawyer but Reza was very understanding, and he helped me through every step of the case. He would meet me whenever I had questions, and he was able to explain every part of the case clearly. He is very professional, and his team is also amazing to work with. In the end, they helped me win a very good settlement for my injuries more than I thought that I would get. If you are in an accident, call Reza at Torkzadeh Law! read more

I would be remiss if I did not post a glowing review working with Ramin and Tork Law. I was a pedestrian involved in a hit and run. Ramin convinced me to file against my car insurance utilizing my personal injury aspect of my coverage. It was incredibly beneficial as it turns out as your insurance will only cover the day of the accident and not the physical therapy, lost wages, and pain and suffering. My settlement was sufficient and welcomed after the ordeal. Kudos to Ramin and the entire Tork Law team!! read more

Tork Law is an amazing law firm. After getting into a very serious car accident where I sustained multiple injuries, I did not know what to do. Someone suggested Tork Law and the day after my accident they came to my home, checked on me, and handled my case with care, beginning to end. Words cannot express my gratitude for Diana and all her help and support. She was in liaison with my attorney and she remained patient and courteous throughout all our conversations. To be quite honest my experience with them was just a bad one. I had 3 cases going on I thought I need help so I hired them against Walmart. They had all there assistance calling for an update. Yet, they never followed up on anything. In my case, we even had CCTV survillance footage, They call me a year into my case and said they had to drop it because Walmart wasn't negotiating. I said what about my CCTV footage? What footage? They didn't even know!!?? The one I told you about in the beginning? The one I told you I wrote a spoilage letter telling them to hold???Two weeks after?? Then almost a year and a half into it they call me and end my case without them even viewing the footage. (They never even supeona the footage in that whole year talk about yanking my chain) ALL THEY DID IS WASTE MY TIME. Gave me a song and dance about how I have to take Walmart to litigation on your own good bye... a year and a half into my case. They act like 1st year law students not the profesional law firm they claim. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time. By the time they dropped my case I settled both my other case without a lawyer and won. They didn't do anything at all and my medical insurance paid for everything. Terrible service I would rate them ZERO if I could. Shady people what they say and do are two different things. Then send you a Non-Representation notice cutting you loose a year and a half into your case and then have the nerve to let you know there is a statue of limitation. Jerks read more

Unbelievable. Can't seem to understand. I feel horrible after receiving a call almost 4 months after my dad's car accident saying they can't continue to take his case. They told us, they couldn't recommend us to a dr. until they knew the 3rd party would be held liable. Then we waited. Called back to get a referral to a dr. They told us it would take a while to build a case. Now they're telling us that because he didn't seek treatment, they can't continue with the case. IF YOU WEREN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO PROPERLY REPRESENT US, then why not deny taking the case from the start. 4 months after the accident, who will???? I will not recommend this law firm. Communication is key. They don't have it. And it feels awful to be dragged along 4 months to finally say "Nevermind" read more
