I had a list of handyman type services, he explained which he could do and which would require a licensed plumber etc. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly but not overly friendly/chatty. He explained which of the items on my list I could save some money and do myself like caulking the tub. He showed me how to tighten my faucet handles AND he fixed a leak in my toilet. He showed me where my water turn off was. I know, really basic homeowner stuff I didn't know. The prices were reasonable. Melissa helped us figure out the Venmo since I am not the most tech savvy person. All in all a good experience. Thanks Chris and Melissa!

AJ gave me a quote based on photos I sent him and he scheduled the repair immediately. Trevor Patereau came over and performed the repairs. His extensive 35 years of experience was evident. Finally I located Ron, a referral from a local realtor. He was very professional, came out when he said he would, ensured that we were in agreement on the material and started the job very quickly. The job ended up a few hundred more than the original quote by the other person but hey, it is done and done well .

We scheduled an appointment for him to come out and he showed up on time and was very professional. After a thorough inspection of my roof, Doug suggested I wait because I was not having any issues. He also provided an estimate for the cost of replacement and I was surprised at how low it was. I am so appreciative for his honesty! It has been about a year since his recommendation and I just called him to schedule my roof replacement now that there are signs of slow leaks after Hurricane Helene. I highly suggest calling Doug Keel with Lanier Roofing if you are looking for an honest and reliable roofer!

Frankly (no pun intended), I was ready to give the job to someone else, Frank was able to lower the est. just a bit and beat the other guy out. Gutters look great (got Bulldog covers also) and actually were further improvement than what I expected. Nice job!

The crew, Tre, Luke and Porter were polite, upbeat and very good at these jobs, from start to finish. Their clean-up was fantastic, not missing a single fragment. I went out to Nextdoor and read recommendations and ATD (and specifically, Grant) got high praise, so I called. Grant came out and spent a *lot* of time looking for the problem. He found a few, but wasn't satisfied that he'd found the 'smoking gun' on the main problem so the next day he brought another person along and they looked further, and found it. He provided lots of photos of various things that were going on up there and he worked up estimates to do just the repairs vs to do the main roof. We opted for the roof. They tarped so we were covered until they could come do the job. When he came back again to do some checks he noticed some things on the 'new' part of the house - not surprising given the contractor that did it. We opted to go ahead and redo that part, too, which allowed us to change the color of the whole roof to one that matched the the siding better. So, more money, but better result! The crew showed up at 7 am, worked like maniacs and were done by 3:30. And they cleaned up. Seriously cleaned up. It looks great, couldn't be happier.

I can highly recommend ATD for metal roofing based on the experience I had. Thanks guys! Will add photos once project is complete.

I was skeptical as they are the only contractors Lumber Liquidators refers to but I can understand why they maintain that referral relationship: SW Contractors are top notch. Our job was an involved one as we were ripping out tile and carpet throughout our downstairs and putting down hardwood in the kitchen, living, two closets, hallway, bathroom and entryway. Steve came to the house and was able to give a detailed (and pretty competitive) quote right then and there. We had some tight scheduling issues as I wanted the rest of the family out of the house for the install. Laura, the business/office manager, worked with me to get our project scheduled on exactly the days I needed. The crew of three arrived and immediately got to work. By mid-morning, they already had ALL the demo done! Jose, William and Eduardo were fast and meticulous - even taking extra (unexpected) steps to minimize the mess (which, if you've ever removed tile, you know there is a LOT of mess!) They hauled away all of their waste when they were done, too and even kept their work area neat between project days- something I didn't expect but really appreciated. I LOVE my new floor. We went with the taller baseboards as Steve recommended and the finished product is gorgeous, contemporary and SO clean! Laura was even helpful in getting some questions answered for me after the install was finished and emphasized that they would be more than happy to come take a look at anything should I have any concerns.
