Stopped here with our young child for a bathroom emergency. This was the ONLY gas station we could find, and there were no signs on the bathrooms saying customers only, so my husband brought her inside the external bathroom. While they were inside, a man whom I can only assume was the owner came out and began yelling at me across the parking lot about the restroom. When my husband exited the bathroom due to the YELLING he was hearing, he then continued to yell at my husband and talk over us repeating the conversation and swearing. We always try to be respectful of service stations as well as purchase items if we have to use any utilities but after he threatened to call the police and began involving other customers acting like my husband was threatening him when he asked what was going on, we left with our young child for her safety. My advice to the owner of this station is to put up a sign indicating the bathrooms at your gas station are not for public use. I understand the singular toilet flush is probably more overhead cost than that business can handle but holy cow get a life. And a sign. read more

the owner/worker there is absolutely heartless. I was running out of gas at 8:30pm and I pull in and he immediately shuts off the lights and gestures he is closed. It is pitch black and I'm alone as a young female in an unfamiliar area and scared of running out of gas- so I motion to ask him a question about the nearest gas station as I am now in a panic. He ignores my pleas and continues to shut off the rest of the lights as I'm sitting there with a panic attack. 0 human decency or compassion for a fellow human- but looks like that's the norm at this gas station. avoid at all costs if possible! read more

Sucks would not let us use the bathroom in an emergency very rude people would not recommend

Complete assholes at this place. Would not allow our 5 year old daughter use their restroom after asking politely, the service person allowed an older gentleman to use the restroom but not a 5 year old girl. Unbelievably rude!! Only pieces of shit treat children like that. read more

I would give this place a zero if I could. The customer service here is absolutely abysmal and they are extremely rude. They also didn't allow us to use their restroom multiple times and the time they let us use it they forced us to buy things. This is an absolute nightmare of an area. read more

Went here for a $60 repair...bad glow plug...they snapped it in half trying to get it out and couldn't fix it. Had to take the vehicle to the dealership to have the top half of he engine disassembled and the broken plug drilled out. Ended up costing over $8000 to have the dealership repair Topsfield Shell's mistake. They don't stand behind there work and the work they do is subpar. Your better off going to Stewarts Auto repair in Georgetown. read more

I knew I shouldn't but I did. Gave them a second chance. Was plowing and lost brakes due to a leak and was in emergency. Knew they wouldn't be busy so I took a risk. Brought Truck down for check out and left it there - no other cars in bays. Didn't call after 3 hours so went down to check and Truck was "repaired". When I picked it up mechanic said the brake line rusted thru and was repaired. Then said - didn't bleed the lines because he didn't have tools (i.e. still no brakes) so brakes would be squishy. "Come back tomorrow to have lines bled" was his response. Called the next day to bring it down and mechanic said - too busy come "tomorrow". To stop the vehicle you had to pump the brakes to the floor due to the air in the lines and this moron thought it was safe to leave it that way. Total liability to the station if I had been in accident driving with this hack job. Paid $165 for nothing and had it repaired a second time with a real mechanic. These guys are clowns. Fool me one shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Dangerous people these guys. read more
