Our order was called in and was asked to be ready for 6:30, and it was. I was pleased with the look and amount of toppings, the crust was pretty thin, but I prefer thin crust. The taste was just OK. It really needed more sauce as it was quite dry. This speciality pizza comes with a ranch sauce instead of tomato, so that was most likely the cause. I'm on the fence about this place, I think it has the potential to be really good, maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. I would be willing to give it another try in the future.

I'm a thick crust gal and I've gone into their store so I know that they have bags of dough specifically for thick crust pizza. Took 4 years of complaints for them to finally get in gear. The only other complaint I have is that they rush pizza out of the ovens sometimes and it is absolutely gross and can potentially make you sick. I like bacon on my pizza and about 6/10 times its barely done. If you order within the last 2 hours of closing you can bet the pizza is barely done and the bacon is raw which everyone knows is a health hazard. So what keeps me coming back? One feature they have that I live is the app that lets you pay through the app so there's no hassle at the door. With a visa debit, it comes right out of my bank account.

They offer a variety of treats and bakery items, coffee and tea. They also have sandwiches and bagels and wood fire pizza. The pizza was delicious I love the red sauce they use. The brown sugar shaken espresso was delicious not too sweet. I would come back for sure they carry caledon hills brewery beer as well

I sat at the bar (which is in a separate room) and looked at the various options from the lunch menu. There's quite an extensive drink menu, and it was cool to see that the 4 draught beers were all local. I went with the Caledon Hills lager which was fantastic. The chicken wrap was a safe choice, but based on the description it seemed to hit the spot for the somewhat lighter lunch I was looking for: grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and herbed cream cheese. It was all as described. Nothing to blow me away, but hit the spot and the ingredients were great and I enjoyed the cream cheese which seemed to be made in house (the blend at least). Again, this place is somewhat high end however, with it being about the cheapest item on the lunch menu ($17) and it didn't come with a side. Service was great. It seems to be a running theme through the reviews, so looks like you should expect the same. It's definitely enough to warrant another visit and try dinner sometime.

The table density was so tight that it wasn't possible to squeeze between the tables without brushing into the people sitting at those tables. Our waitress tried her best but it was a no-win scenario. In the beginning of the meal when there were a handful of tables that were empty she would just lean over to hear but as it became busier she had to squeeze in to get closer. The busier it became the louder it became. It got to a point I could no longer have a conversation with my mother. We attended on Thanksgiving. There was a group of 4 of us. I called ahead and asked if they were still doing Appy hour and they said no but they could. When we got to the restaurant we waited for 5 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not busy. There were 5 tables with patrons. They had to clean a table to seat us when they finally did. We then waited another 10 minutes before the server came to take our orders. When I mentioned that I was told that we could order from Appy hour they returned with 2 new menus and tossed them on the table. The Appy hour menu wasn't very good so we opted to just order from the regular menu. We ordered fish bowl drinks. My friends did not taste like there was any alcohol in it and she found a dead bug on the rim of the bowl. When we told the manager he took the drink back and returned with a new one that tasted better but did not comp the drink even though it had a bug on it. We ordered the French onion soup, spinach dip, wings and bandera bread. They brought the soup with garlic cheese bread which we were not told was extra. The spinach dip was cold. When we mentioned this to the server she said oh ok and didn't offer to have it warmed. When we asked the bill be split she asked if we could just split it in half. We wanted it split in two but specific items on each bill. She said can't we just split it in half. We said no. She came back with the bills and we noticed that she charged one party with a more expensive drink. She said well it's only a dollar. The service was slow and sub par. The server had halitosis.
