Staff: They have so many people working and they are still kinda slow. You get excellent customer service compared to some McDonald but it comes at the expense of speed (weirdly). Seeking McDonald's online, no prices quoted, so I called .... they don't put prices online as the franchise can charge whatever they want! We are being soaked in Elliot Lake! Thirdly, while I had McDonald's by phone I commented about the lack of an automatic door; they'd get more customers with even one. Next door Tim Horton's has both doors automatic and have a steady stream of customers, whereas McDonald's has a trickle. TH has renovated, as well as redone the drive through, McDonald's has done nothing. It looks shabby in comparison. So they are not improving, not upholding McDonald's standards, and overcharging us!
