He definitely did NOT obtain 650% more money for us. I don't know where they get that figure. Completely inaccurate. Finally, our BANK allowed us to deposit the check from our insurance company and we paid the 8% "commission" to Horizon. It's unfortunate that company's like this exist to con people out of money. I'm a business owner and if I tried to scam my customers, I wouldn't be in business for over 20 years.

I referred to many of my neighbors and friends, who in turn referred to their family and friends. They all thanked me over and over. He also works in respectful and harmonious with the insurance company adjuster while being an advocate and doing what is in the best interest of the homeowner. I was looking for advice on a range of homeowner property issues (my house was built 39 years ago) from an unbiased source. It was money well spent. He answered all of my questions at a level that I could understand and pointed out areas of concern that I hadn't noticed. He impressed me with his in-depth knowledge and professionalism. Mr. Bayer volunteered to review the adequacy of my homeowner's coverage which I appreciated. I recently met with a roofer that Mr. Bayer recommended and had a very similar experience. I would ask Wayne Bayer to assist me again in the future if the need arises and based upon my experience would unhesitatingly hire him as my Public Adjuster too.

Old emails weren't loading in, we wanted to transfer a really old version of Quickbooks, things were bogging down, files needed to be transferred, and the wireless printer wasn't fully functioning with the new computer. Jeremy did a quick overview of the new computer, then addressed each issue we'd lined up - I even threw in a couple of questions about my personal computer that he answered/resolved. He really knows his stuff and his focus is on leaving a satisfied customer. (He emailed only hours after he left to ensure that things were still working smoothly.) Avery has been doing my personal and corporate taxes for over 23 years. He is helpful, informative, and detailed oriented. Patient and understanding, he has a complete grasp of the tax laws, and will explain everything in detail. He's personable, friendly and very helpful. Work is completed timely and accurately. The staff is amazing. Gina, Avery's assistant, is on top of everything. She's so nice and makes sure your questions and messages get answered timely. Messages are always returned quickly and never over 24 hours. Located in the Center State Bank building facing Palmetto Park Road just west of Powerline, the office, conveniently has a private entrance from the parking lot, so you don't have to enter the main building. During Tax season, they work Monday - Saturday with a few weekday evenings. The inside of the office is pretty cool, there's some great signed memorabilia on the walls. With Covid, they are taking all precautions. I dropped off my paperwork, and Gina came outside, picked it up, and this year's appointment was scheduled on zoom, which was very convenient. When the work was finished, Gina called, and scheduled a pick up time. It was so easy and painless! Lets face it, no one likes to pay taxes, but when you have someone doing the work that you trust, and know they always have your best interest at stake, it makes the whole experience a little bit easier. Over the years, I referred a lot of friends here and everyone has been happy and impressed. If you're looking for a new accountant, I highly recommend A. Jonathan Yudien, P.A. CPA.
