There were other…read morefamilies and couples, Arab, Turkish, Europeans and Russians, staying in the hotel while I was there. The hotel has the theme of a love hotel. But it looks like it was converted to a conventional hotel at some point. This is because of the white and red in the theme's color scheme. My sister has a chromophobia from the red color, so she suffered from headache whenever she went down to have breakfast or dinner in the food hall. The rooms are big, and the balconies are big too. There are big double beds in the balconies, which is a lovely addition to have some intimate place for the guests apart from the bed inside their rooms. The swimming pool is fairly long. And the café/bar there serves shisha and other food and drinks. There was a different music band hosted every night during my stay. The pool was busy during the day and less busy in the night. Also, there was an open air cinema next to the pool showing movies. The health club of the hotel has a gym, Turkish hammam, sauna, steam room and massage rooms offering a wide variety of treatments. There was an activity room with 2 PC's to browse the internet, chessboard, baby football and a billiard table. The kids loved spending time there after sunset. The food hall consists of 2 big halls painted in red. Even the floor, tables and chairs were red. The amount and variety of the open buffet dishes is mouth watering. We benefited from the free access to the beach and the adjacent water park. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, and I recommend it to families and couples alike.

The whole look and vibe - all white everything with huge disco balls in the lobby and red lighting in the hallways/red accent colors sort of felt like is was something designed in 2000 to look cool and modern but was maybe a little odd and dated now. The hotel is really conveniently located next to a strip of dozens of restaurants and coffee shops, bike paths and greenspace just meters from the beach. The staff were very helpful when we realized we needed a last minute COVID test before traveling home and were generally multilingual which was selfishly helpful for us. They offered a nice breakfast buffer daily. With pandemic protocols in place it made it a little more challenging to maximize the buffet offerings but felt more clean with staff filling plates for you. By the pool bar they had a projector and showed the Euro soccer finals which was nice. We used the hotel spa and got massages and the person we booked them with ended up giving us a discount which was nice. While service was overall good here and it was pretty affordable by American hotel standards, it could use some renovations. The carpet in the entire hallway was buckled as if it had been wet or flooded. The all white guest rooms probably looked crisp when first built, but the floors, in the bathroom in particular, had at lot of marks on then. The paint around the fixtures in the bathroom was chipping off and our toilet paper holder was loose on the wall. The hair dryer also seemed like it was 20 years old. Nothing necessarily seemed "dirty" but definitely had seen better days. The rest of the room was in better shape though. Final though is that the vibe of the all-red hallways and mirrors all over the walls around the bed definitely gave some adult only vibes.

The wide variety of food was really nice (although very salty), and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed the convenience of the game room. The facilities were also very pleasant, modern, and clean. I also found the WhatsApp concierge/assistance service to be extremely convenient. Ferdi was always so responsive to my questions, and it made our stay a lot more seamless. Our one complaint was that our first room (1217) seemed to have a somewhat foul stench in it--almost like rotten cheese or gym shoes. Luckily, they happily moved us to another room the next day, but we noticed a slight stench in that room's closet too, although not as strong. The room layouts are a bit odd, where the shower is directly adjacent to the main room area, so there's no way to change after your shower without entering the main room area. This would pose a challenge if you're trying to maintain some privacy after showering. It would be much more practical for there to be a "dry" area outside the shower but still within an enclosed bathroom where you could change. Aside from some nit-picks about the room though, we really enjoyed our stay.

They are such friendly people. Here is a word of advice I strongly hope you take into consideration! Please do not pay 80-90 euros for the cab drivers to take you to old Antalya! That is a god damn rip off. YOU CAN RENT A CAR FOR 20 EUROS FOR THE WHOLE DAY!! The car rental has a gsp on it so it will take you a where your heart desires! Having the cab driver take you there for 80-90 bucks is a fucken rip off and they know it! They only stay there 4 hours and it takes about an 45 min to an 1 hour to get there! Don't do it! Rent the car and explore on your own! The city is completely safe! Your only DANGER IS OVER PAYING!!! Back to the resort. In the spa area there is a small gym connected to the spa and inside pool. Equipment is clean and new. The elliptical is the only out of date thing in there. The most fantastic thing about this resort is they have an app you can download! It tells you what time events are happening! It tells you what time the main restaurants are open and it even reminds you of fun things such as yoga outside and where you can grab some delicious ice cream during brunch! Around non there by the beach they serve Turkish pancakes! They are filled with potatoes or cheese. For the sweet tooth in is some pancakes even have cinnamon and butter!! Yum!!!! There are a ton of resorts to pick from in Belek but I would return to this hotel in a heart beat for the type of service I am receiving! That was just the beginning of our night mare stay so we decided to check out and get a better deal on the beat with another hotel for a better rate. One other thing, when we called for their rates we received 3 different quotes in a matter of 30 minutes. This place is unorganized with poor customer service and no concept of what they can do to make your stay more enjoyable. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

To be honest, I knew it was going to be a good holiday, but I did not expect it to be this good! From beginning to end, we had an incredible experience. Facilities & Rooms Everything from A to Z was clean, well-maintained, and updated. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony and a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping ladies were absolutely wonderful and always so friendly. At one point, I even had to tell them, "Please stop making the geese and peacocks!" They were taking such good care of everything. The minibar was also replenished every day, which was a nice touch. Pool & Beach The pool and beach areas were always clean and tidy. Throughout the day, team members would come around with complimentary treats and check on us to make sure we were having a great time. That level of attention really made us feel taken care of. The Mediterranean Sea was beautiful -- a little salty, of course! -- but the water was clean and full of cute little fish. The pool temperature was perfect, and the pool itself was always clean. Food We made reservations at a couple of the à la carte restaurants, but honestly, don't overlook the main dining restaurant! There were so many choices every day that it was almost impossible not to find something you loved. The variety was incredible. ‍ Spa & Hair Salon We tried the massage service and the Turkish kese, and both were amazing. We truly enjoyed the experience. My daughter also got her hair cut at the resort, and compliments to the hairdresser -- he was fantastic and did an awesome job! The Staff One of the things that impressed me the most was the staff. Almost everyone we spoke with had been working at the resort for more than five years, while only a few had been there for less than a year. To me, that says a lot about how well the employees are treated and how much they enjoy what they do. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. One Important Tip! Book the dock cabanas for at least one or two days! This was honestly one of the best parts of our entire vacation. Spending time in the cabana by the water was an incredible experience and something I would definitely recommend. Overall This was an A++ vacation for our family. From 21-31 May…read more Firstly we emailed them 3 times explaining it's our wedding anniversary pls prepare something special for us, but got No response from the Customer relations team. Even thou the email sent requested that I would pay for any services. What a waste of emails!! Secondly we had a guest arrive from another hotel but was greeted with such a bad attitude from the front security staff, and In the end waited nearly 20 mins and was asked by the rude male security for her passport, who in the right frame of mind carry's there passport with them. Please have some compassion and kindness to arriving guests as the rudeness & nastiness is not hospitality at all, and train there staff in manners and kindness as it doesn't cost anything to be nice. Thirdly we was outside having lunch and I requested the staff for a Non alcoholic rainbow drink and non alcoholic mojito but to my shock they bring a alcoholic mojito. My husband had a taste but to his shock alcohol was present. This is not acceptable and breaks all our rules. This hotel needs to look at there present policy's and train there staff in knowing what they are serving to there guest. And to top this up we get room service come to our room to drop a bottle of alcohol to us, .... What kind of service and manners does the management have knowing we are non drinking they bring a big bottle of alcohol to our room. The rooms are a bit older but it was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. It was August and very hot. We found the air conditioning was challenged during the hottest part of the day but was sufficiently cooling at night. The breakfast buffet was included as part of our package and was fresh, ample and had lots of variety - a real Turkish kahvalti. My wife and I shared a Khan burger with fries and some tiramisu one evening when we wanted a "lighter" dinner (the burger was huge). Both were very good. I wouldn't dine there because of the atmosphere, but then who goes to a hotel restaurant for the atmosphere? All in all it was a decent hotel. Not stellar but nothing to complain about.
