I was really impressed with the computerized postural analyses. I was able to put a visual reference to where I was experiencing my pain. I am a visual person so this was really helpful to be able to compare over time how I was improving. It was the first time I have experienced the Activator Method and I have to say that it is a more gentle way to be adjusted. Dr. Francine is always so positive, encouraging and really cares for her patients. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a Chiropractor.

I received a Groupon for a chiropractic assessment, adjustment and a massage (first mistake)…read more After 5 visits and many excuses from the chiropractor when asked when he will manually crack my back. He would always say "during your next session" and when the next visit came he would say..."oh no you are not ready for a manual adjustment...maybe in another 1-2 visits". BTW $42 per visit adds up when you are in pain and need an adjustment rather than tapping my spine which relieved nothing. I then booked the massage with a therapist. (BTW...they said I had to have a few chiro visits before I was "OK" for a massage....ridiculous). I told the therapist that my mid back was in pain and I needed a massage. She insisted on massaging my "Cranium" and she could "fix my back by getting inside my head"...WTF!. After asking again for my back to be worked on, she made me feel guilty for asking for what I paid for and said she could give me a fluffy massage but it won't help me and reminded me that "This is not a spa"! I left feeling even more stress and tension then when I arrived. Unreal!!! I returned to my original chiropractor and massage therapist at DC Health Clinic...great professional people that relieved my tension and pain after 2 visits and no bullshit.

My primary physiotherapist was Joanne. My first visit, she put me through several exercises to assess my injury. The next step was to go over recommended exercises to help with my recovery. She let me know that if I had any reservations about being in the common area with everyone else, they were able to set me up somewhere else. Not every physio facility is able to do that so this was definitely a bonus. Subsequent visits were more treatment oriented like using the TEMS machine and some soft tissue treatment. They had assistants of both genders and I was asked if I was okay being treated hands on by those of the opposite gender. The staff are all very pleasant and courteous. Very happy to have my treatments here.

Right now there are covid precautions and you have to fill out a covid screening questionnaire the day before and they will ask if anything has changed once you get to the office. The medical building that the office is located in has lots of automatic hand sanitizer stations throughout which is super convenient. My masseuse was Kelly (RMT). She took the time to go over which parts of my body were giving me trouble to pinpoint what the source of the pain was. She told me up front what parts she would be focusing on the most to address my concerns. During the massage we were able to strike up an easy conversation and she made sure to ask me if I was comfortable through the process. For payment, they're able to send a receipt directly to your email with RMT info including license number which is also helpful. Great experience!

She provided us with great feedback and guidance on our daughters development and treated both my wife and I in a desperate time of need. There were some occasions where I had to wait for my appointment but it was because she was taking some extra time with baby or children patients so I can understand that. However, she has worked with my tight timing on multiple occasions since I would visit her on my lunch break. Her office is clean, the administrative staff are friendly and helpful and they all seem flexible with appointments. There was really minimal pressure on us to continue treatment if we felt we didn't need any further adjustments.
