The whole staff took the time to send me pictures of the items, answer my questions, and shipped everything wrapped so well my wife knew I didn't do it. Lee and his staff have taken great care of me and my family, so much so that I send anything that needs repair to him, LOL, as I did today. Well not only did she listen to the stories about my mom, and helped me asses the value of the ring and gold she had but she helped me design an amazingly beautiful pendant to remember my mom using her engagement ring and we talked about what her life meant to me. I ended up with a compass pendant since mom was my guide and I became hers later in life. Laura even suggested using her diamonds to face east to west for her sunrise and sunset. With a special inscription on the back. I am in awe of the work they do at Worthmore and I recommend them anyone who needs a special piece of jewelry commissioned or is just looking for someone to take you under their wing and talk wedding rings and jewelry to you. Buying jewelry is worse than shopping for cars. A friend suggested ice box so i stopped in. I stopped into to look at a gold chain. Melissa helped me. Melissa asked lots of questions and really really built rapport. Based on the questions she asked she suggested some other chains. It's like she was in my head cause she picked out a perfect 7 pointer diamond chain that i just fell in love with as soon as i saw it. Overall i will give icebox 5 stars because they not only give you an amazing experience by offering water, soda, Capri Suns. But they assign everyone with a jeweler and that really helps personalize your experience. I have very busy days, and i can just text Melissa, and ask for anything I'm looking for and she makes it happen! I stop by pick up what i need and get back to my busy day. She's helped me with gifts for my sister and boyfriend. I'm giving ice box 5 stars but I'm really giving Melissa 5 stars. Everytime i shop with icebox she continues to wow me. The acknowledgement said that it was being custom manufactured and would be 4 to 6 weeks. It was a Swiss Cartier. I queried this and they didn't respond for a week plus and finally got a response saying that someone had had a death in the family. Then I got a bait and switch message trying to get me to take a less desirable product Which I declined. Then several weeks later, I got a message saying they couldn't source the product. So the business model is lie, get money, and then see if you can go out and get something cheap for cash with the money to give to the buyer. I'm currently waiting for a refund. I will update this depending on whether I get it or not. If I don't get a refund fast I'll be calling the Atlanta police.
