If you're looking for a treasure hunt kind of shopping experience with low prices for decent quality items and don't care about customer service, I would recommend this place. Went in for household items and some clothes. You don't always find what you want. However you can find things you need. Need more check-out clerks. Free ample parking in fornt of the store. Customers leave things all over the store and staff constantly trying to restore things to the proper location, shoes and clothes particularly all over the place. Probably adding additional staff would help solve this issue as well. Always find a great deal and fashionable items when I visit this store. I got a couple of shirts that I like very much.

I went here a couple of weeks ago to put my babies on a layaway, I walked in and didn't get greeted. The second or first assistant I'm assuming didn't speak. I blew that off... so today I go back to pay on layaway and again she doesn't speak, mind you she spoke to every customer after me. This time I addressed her issue with the store manager who says she apologize a d that they get busy at times!!!!! Uh uh you can speak no matter what!!!!Ummm no mam!!!! Citi Trends don't play that!!!! Like I said I worked for this company and no matter what you're doing when you hear that door chime you look up and say welcome to Citi Trends!!!!!!
