The kids he plays with are older and that doesn't bother me because they all have been very respectful. The neighborhood kids at the bus stop are all very well behaved and the parents are very involved. Every morning you will see many parents at the bus stop keeping an eye on the entire group of kids. The teachers have been great so far and I have always felt welcomed when I visit the school. The office staff is helpful and friendly. Nobody is rude or uncaring. My kindergarten son loves school but that is expected because of him age. He loves his teacher and I enjoy volunteering in both of my kids classes. The PTA has been great and has a ton of fun activities for families and the kids.

He was punched in the face, kicked, pushed, and teased all year. We talked with the teacher and school office. We were told they were dealing with the bullies and they would keep an eye on my son. Today was the last day of school and his pants were pulled down by one of the bullies. Another girl told the boy to pull down my son's pants. He was not fully exposed, his underwear stayed up, enough is enough! The superintendent called me and told me what happen and I lost it. I asked if it was the same kids who have been picking on my kid all year and he had no idea. He said that he cannot disclose who the child is but they did deal with the student.

When I revealed I had a recording, the response was, it's illegal to record someone without their knowledge. I responded so I have an illegal recording of your teacher illegally recording my son. The district office, nor this school clearly doesn't care about the education or well being of any children. Be aware! We will have nothing to do with this school anymore and I am pursuing legal actions, to have our day in court.

We volunteered and participated in lots of extra activities such as trunk or treat. When he entered the two year old class things started changing. Licensing requires 2 staff members for the full room of 24 kiddos. There were times I would go in and there would be 16-18 kids with o e teacher. Even with two teachers it was still very chaotic. During the independent study program, my boys were just a number and passed along with claimed expectations that were not being met. However, I am giving them 5 stars because their Homeschooling program is the BEST! It allows us, the parents, to put them in the programs they will excel in. It allows the parents to teach. It allows educational funds so the parents can hire tutors that come into the home or meet up someplace nearby. There are monthly field trips. ABC MOUSE, annual passes to discovery cube or zoo (and other places like that). You can literally put your kids in boxing and the school will pay for it under the PE subject. For those that want more for your children, try homeschooling!
