The sales person told me he checked with the owner - twice - and this is their price. Even though they were getting paid for a new job as soon as the roof was completed. Even though they just did the job 2 years ago. That's how they treat their former and (intended) current customer. They gave me a schematic and quote and I was good with it. The gutter removal was the only thing in the way. And it caused me to go to another company. I gave the job to Jerry's Seamless Guttering (No charge to remove the gutters). That was fine (no need to replace). BUT they (1) shoved the old piece too far up, so now it doesn't reach the driveway (leaving the water to run into the landscaping and erode the dirt under the driveway), and (2) attached it upside down, putting a sharp edge on top that someone can cut their leg on. When I called to ask if they could bring me a new piece (which I can reattach correctly), I was told "too bad, we did you a favor attaching the old, we're not correcting it".

Happy and satisfied with our new gutters and leaf guards! My husband worked with Kiro for a quote…read moreon custom square gutters but ultimately decided on the the typical K type gutters due to price. Through the entire process, Kiro was responsive via text and followed up with a revised quote and ETA for installation. Louie and another guy (can't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on the day of installation and were very professional. Louie walked me through where the downspouts were going to be installed per the predrawn diagram on the quote. He even let me watch the first piece of the gutter being extruded from the truck (damaged part was cut off first.) We were so happy to see water pouring out of the downspouts during the first rain after the gutters were installed. No more sheets of water running off the roof! + Communicative, friendly and professional + Reasonable price + On time and completed work in a timely manner + Gutters and leaf guards work well Note: The guys didn't wear masks but I guess I didn't really expect them to since they were working outside and on the roof. When they were talking to me and approaching me, they did leave a respectable distance. They also accidentally drilled though our internet line but we didn't really fault them for it as they tried really hard to move it out of the way/work around it - other companies required us to remove it prior to install. Ended up having to call our internet service provider to come out and fix it, but not a huge deal. Other than that, we still highly recommend these guys. Deposit necessary to be put on the schedule. We paid the deposit and final payment via checks mailed USPS.

The product itself is ok, but they messed up when they installed it and cut a bunch of notches out of a metal strip on my house but didn't need to. You can see them in the photos. It was for an extension which wasn't part of my order. So of course I called to have them fix it but the one time they took my call and said they'd send the guy out, they never did and wouldn't answer any calls from me again. That was a couple years ago. I can't believe they are still in business with workmanship like this. My neighbors and I all decided to get the gutters at the same time and we're in townhouses with me on the end. We all contracted separately with the company. Somehow my cost was DOUBLE theirs because of an extra 8 feet of gutter that wraps around the corner. I do not recommend Evolution Gutters.

After getting our roof redone, it was time to replace our gutters. I gathered several quotes, and…read moreJerry's came in right in the middle price-wise. The crew was friendly and the installation itself went smoothly. My only frustration was the cleanup. Even though I always remind contractors to tidy up afterward, we still found screws, nails, empty water bottles, and other materials left behind -- unfortunately, this seems to be common with many companies. We also had an issue with the placement of one downspout. It was installed right next to our hose spigot, leaving no room to turn it on or off. We had to have the company return to adjust it. Overall, the work got done, but there were a couple of details that could have been handled better.
